Sean was my service technician. He did an excellent job with the GE Monogram refrigerator. First, he diagnosed the issue within 10min. Turned out to be a bad part. He ordered it and came over a rainy weekend (as promised) and fixed it with 20min. Hard to find people keeping promises these days. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful in diagnosing the leaking ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator and not only fixed it, but also pulled the fridge out from the wall and vacuumed out cat toys and dog hair.
