I had the pleasure of receiving service from Vincent. He answered my call promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to other companies. The job was done thoroughly and perfectly—more than I expected. He even went above and beyond by doing extra work without charging. My washer and dryer are working like new again, and I was actually planning to buy new ones. I can’t ignore the level of professionalism in his work, as well as his conscientiousness and attention to perfection.

Our ancient dishwasher went out on Saturday, I called Monday, and it was fixed before noon on Tuesday. Serge was our serviceman and he was professional, friendly, and helpful. There was no significant service needed on my dishwasher, but by some form of magic it's literally better off now than it was before. Turns out the plug overload was tripped, and all that was needed was a reset. After removing our dishwasher to do that, he also leveled it, and secured it correctly to our counter (we were under the understanding that the bracket was broken, as opposed to it not being correctly secured so this was an excellent surprise).

Did a great job. Was complex, but got it done. Would highly recommend. Very fair pricing also. Gave him a tip for the good work.

Successful repair of my LG washing machine. Had flooding in my upstairs which damaged the machine. Rather than writing off the machine I took a risk for repair.
