I highly recommend Complete Appliance Repair and have used them three times (oven, fridge, dishwasher). Vince was my repairman. He was professional and friendly. He arrived at the time promised and was knowledgeable and skilled at performing the repairs. The prices are fair and Vince didn’t try to upsell or charge for extra services. I will definitely use Complete Appliance Repair again.

I had an issue with my LG washer. Vince was fast to respond and knew which questions to ask. He was able to give me a rough estimate before he stepped a foot through my door. It's rare to find such genuinely helpful and pleasant individuals nowadays. Prices were fair and even helped out with an additional issue that was not previously discussed in the original estimate. Vincent was responsive, communicative, and most of all very knowledgable about appliance repair. We had a leaking washer in our apartment and he was able to assess and repair the problem in no more than an hour. The price was very reasonable. We have not had any issues with it since and plan on using Vincent for all of our house calls from now on. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Vincent fixed my 15-year-old Whirlpool gas dryer, and it works better now than it did previously. He gave me a reasonable window when I made the appointment, texted me when he was on his way, and arrived on time. After inspecting my dryer, he told me how he would fix it, gave me a quote, and then did the repairs efficiently and cleanly. He waited for me to test the dryer, and when I told him about another issue, he fixed it for free. I highly recommend him for any appliance repairs you need.

We called Complete Appliance for a fridge issue at our tenants house and after speaking with Vladimir, decided to ask if he could look at the fridge at our home as well. He was able to visit both locations on the same day - talk about great service! He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He easily diagnosed both fridges and gave us fair pricing. Vincent came today to repair my exhaust hood range. He was calm, timely and knowledgeable about the repair. I had a great experience with him and would be happy to use him again for my future needs.

Vincent was great. Two of my stove top burners were not working properly when I turned the knobs. He responded right away, tested the knobs themselves which were part of the problem, and replaced the burner valves. Everything works great now. He did the work very quickly and efficiently. 5 stars.

It’s Friday at 5:30 p.m. with a washing machine that wouldn’t spin and a big pile of soaking wet clothes and towels – so much for our plans for that evening! I Googled “Irvine appliance repair” and saw several good reviews for Complete Appliance Repair. I called and was told they could come over late the next day – totally reasonable. But when I gave our address the technician (Vince), who was driving, said he was actually in the area and could come over right away. He was there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later the machine was fixed with a replacement part he had on hand! In less than 30 minutes total we were back to our plans for a fun Friday evening. Amazing – thanks Vince – nice work!

Vince was very knowledgeable, he showed up on time well prepared. His tool set was complete. He helped chat with LG to get me a warranty coverage on the compressor and charged me a reasonable amount for labor.
He knew what he was doing and did clean and high quality work.

On top of that, he is extremely talented at his craft, quickly identifying and fixing the issue without trying to upsell or push unnecessary parts. That level of honesty and skill feels rare these days, and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy and top-quality repair work.

I requested a replacement for my Sub Zero refrigerator door the my tenant left some serious dents due to moving. The service technician came promptly once the new door arrived and completed the installation. However, he did not haul away the old door and instead left it in front of the house. This was very inconvenient because I am traveling, and I need to make separate arrangements, at additional cost, to have the door removed.

If haul away service was not included, they should have informed me beforehand. That way, I could have planned accordingly, either by hiring someone else for the full job or by arranging to deduct the removal cost from my tenant’s deposit. Since they are specialists in appliance repair, I think it is reasonable to expected them to handle or at least clearly communicate what would happen with the old part. Their failure to do so left me stranded with an extra burden and expense that could have been avoided with better communication.

UPDATES: I would like to acknowledge Dave for his professionalism and support. he kindly came by to help me remove smudges on the new stainless steel door cause by the factory plastic coverings. And he also assisted me with most of the cost from hauling away the old doors. I truly appreciate his sense of responsibility and his effort to make things right. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Vincent was recommended by a neighbor and I have no regrets hiring him! I was skeptical about his perfect 5.0 rating on Yelp but now I get it! I called him when it was obvious my fridge wasn't working and he showed up maybe an hour later that same evening - such a relief to get my fridge back up and running the same day. He's super efficient and no-nonsense - my kind of guy! It turned out to be my fan and he swapped it out in a jiffy! Highly recommended!
