Our LG dryer had started making very loud noises and I sent a message through Appliance Repairs website & instantly scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I was informed the inspection fee would be applied to parts/labor as needed. They texted a reply with the technician's name (Kevin) and confirmed the appointment.
Kevin called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, inspected the dryer & said he would need to get the replacement parts and could come back same day. We set the time, Kevin came back as scheduled and completed the repair in less time than he originally indicated. Very quick, efficient and the peace of mind knowing they only use Factory direct appliance specific parts-guaranteeing longevity of the repair, instead of using knock off brand parts. Kevin was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and courteous. Would definitely use Appliance Repair USA again and would recommend for their speed, ease of contact and scheduling.

Max was very professional and diagnosed 2 problems with our washer. He show us and explained the needed repairs gave us the estimate written out. They only charge $55 to come out and that is a really great deal. I will use them again and recommend them to others. Max is a 5 star guy!

Andrew was great. With the information I provided about my dryer’s issues, with his knowledge he was able to correctly diagnose it over the phone! When he showed up to actually diagnose the dryer he was right and because of this he came prepared with all the correct and needed parts to get the repair done in 30 minutes.
