Sergio was very helpful and pleasant. I was asking him a number of questions. He was very informative, patient and nice to work with! If I should need service in the future I hope he is the one to show up for the service call.

The guys at Caesar's are super easy to work with. I am stoked with my refrigerator I purchased over a year ago and the new washer I bought this week was purchased and installed perfectly within a matter of days. I'm so grateful they fit my delivery in this week... all my kids are home from college and needed laundry done! The installers were early, super friendly and did a quick job of installing it and made sure it was working correctly before they left :-)

This was one of most painless transactions I’ve had in a long time. The sales were knowledgeable, quick, affordable and easy and the 2 installation gentlemen did an amazing job of setting up my new washer and dryer and removal of the old ones. Thank you Caesars for a 5-star experience.

Kevin Constantine came today to repair my Samsung gas dryer door. The screw holding the door was stripped and the track that the screw goes in was stripped also. Instead of selling me a whole new door he was able to use another type of screw and nut to secure the door. He put a lot of effort into disassembling the front of the dryer to accomplish this. He was a very nice guy and was professional. He saved me a lot of money today. Unfortunately with inflation the labor cost is high now. That is out of his control, I am still grateful for the effort & I believe that he did everything he could to give me the best value for the service. I have also used Caesar’s Appliance in the past for other appliance services. I recommend them for your appliance needs.

Ben was great! Arrived within the window of time scheduled. Was professional and personable. My double oven works wonderfully again! He even noticed that my refrigerator next to my oven was running hot and pointed out how to keep the filter below clear of debris. And in doing so, he no doubt lengthened the life of that major appliance too. Thank goodness for Caesar’s Appliances. Most appreciated!!!

We were in the market for a new mini-fridge, we went to Caesar’s to compare pricing and selection. Mike, in sales, helped us, nice guy, no pressure and they had a unit that was what we were looking for and at a great price! Mike set up our delivery, Alex and his partner were friendly and careful, we have no complaints. All in all, it was a good experience and we would refer our friends and family to Caesar’s !

I contacted Ceasar’s about my refrigerator acting up. Peter came out with an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Afterwards, I received a nice courtesy call telling me to let them know right away if there were any more problems. Great service!

A Caesar's tech was able to come out the same day to repair our dryer. Kevin was prompt and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work done and Kevin provided information upfront in regards to pricing for parts and labor.

The time frame for my appointment was 12 to 5. Your technician was here promptly at 12:35! I was Very Impressed and I personally feel that Jay should not only get a bonus but a pay raise as well!! I worked the oil refineries for 38 years and Jay Definitely knows what he is doing!! Very Professional and when he left, it was as if he had never been here!! My place was left Spotless!! Very Friendly!! Keep him at All cost!! Thanks Jay!!!

I called for service. My freezer bottom was filling up water and froze to form a thick ice sheet. Peter was sent and arrived within the hour. He professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to determine what the problem was and fixed it.

Once again Caesar’s exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a same day appointment for repair of my LG dryer. Our technician, Ben, arrived on time and quickly identified the problem and had the parts to make the repair. He explained everything, showed me the problem and the worn out part. He was polite, personable and very professional. Awesome service by a great guy !!!

I needed a new ice maker in my refrigerator, and Sergio was great. He was super professional, communicated clearly, and was back in two days with the new ice maker. I hope and pray none of my other appliances break down (!) but if they do, I will definitely use Caesar’s again. They were awesome from start to finish.

The communication from this company is stellar! Immediate call back after scheduling online, courtesy call the day before the appointment with a small time window (12-3pm). Tech showed up around 2pm, quickly assessed the issue with my LG dryer, quote was very reasonable and fixed the issue. Did an awesome job cleaning up. Even apologized for making a mess, even though he cleaned up everything. Very polite and courteous! I now have a go-to for any major appliance repair needs.

After another service provider wanted 3 weeks to repair a broken dryer belt, I called Caesar's. Less than 24 hours later, my dryer belt was fixed. The repairman was friendly, helpful, and thorough. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth what we paid.

Had an issue with our Jenn air range. I called Caesars and they sent out a technician. His name was Andre. He did an amazing job was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He repaired our stove oven and all is working correctly now. I’ve used Caesars in the pastand their work is always quality and their service is first class. Thank you. Highly recommended.

The stacking washer-dryer in our rental went kaput and wasn’t salvageable. We called Caesar’s again and got the best price around in a new one. The installers were just terrific as well. The condo has steep stairs with a sharp turn and they installed the new unit efficiently and without a scratch. Great job, guys!!

I'm very happy so far with Caesar's Appliance and the technician Ben that repaired my washing machine today. He came out last week and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and then installed it today with minimal fuss. Ben was quick, thorough, and willing to answer all my questions.

Sergio was the tech who came to the initial visit to diagnose what was wrong. He promptly ordered the part and came back a couple days later to install it. He was friendly and pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. I would definitely use his services again!
