GREAT EXPERIENCE. I called on Saturday and they had three different window times throughout the day on Monday (two days later) to have a technician come out to assess the problem regarding our Samsung refrigerator ice dispenser.
Max (technician) arrived. He's very friendly and professional...and we really appreciate his being a "straight shooter" about the situation regarding our ice dispenser. All is well and the charge was not out of line. We will most definitely consider this vendor for any future household appliance needs! Thanks, Max, and thanks Appliance Repair USA (Irvine)!

Max was my service technician. He was on time, well groomed and diagnosed the problem immediately. One week later the washer control board for the Maytag was installed and unit fired right up! Also thanks to Roman who assisted with the repair. Thanks to you both … I am one happy person now that I don’t have a laundromat visit in my future!!

Andrew showed up the same day, asked what was wrong with the dryer and got to it!!! A short time later, he told me what was wrong and made recommendations to keep him from coming back. It was done pretty quick. Andrew was polite and professional.

I only had a small window of time to get my dryer looked at. Andrew came within 15 minutes of that time. Gave me an estimate And repaired my dryer , vacuumed the whole thing and even fixed a noise that perhaps had been there for awhile. All with plenty of time to spare for me to get to my appointment. I need the washer repaired because error “LE” kept coming up on the washer. We did all the troubleshooting that LG said to do on their website and none of it worked. We picked Appliance Repair because of their diagnostic fee and good ratings. Kevin was quick and efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and replaced the sensor right away.
They were able to come do the repair with the date that worked best for me and came within their allotted time frame. I would definitely hire them again.

My washer was not spinning and only washing three items at a time. I called Appliance Repair USA and they immediately scheduled a technician to come check out my washer. My tech was Andrew, was on time and I received a text when he was on his way. The text included a picture of the tech (I really appreciate that). I have used Appliance Repair USA for over 8 years and they are the best. Ivan, Andrew, Roman & Kevin are all very competent and professional. They have repaired my Kenmore fridge ice maker, Kenmore Elite Washer & Dryer in the past. Today, Kevin rebuilt my KitchenAid builtin refrigerator and did a great job for a fraction of the cost of a new fridge. He’s a perfectionist, which is greatly appreciated.
