I called yesterday and Vince right away stated that he will be available the next day between 10 am - 12pm. My GE Fridge is not dispensing water and ice. Vince fixed it in couple of minutes as I have installed the filter incorrectly :)
Then I asked him if he can look at my GE microwave that wasn't working for 6 months. He fixed the microwave and the problem happen within like 10 mins after he left. I called him back and he turn around to check. He ordered the parts and came back afterward. He made sure that microwave is working properly before he left.

Vince had fixed a washer problem for me last time. Now I have a problem with dryer and contacted Vince directly as I have enough confidence for his skill. I described the problem. Vince was able to identify two potential causes. He came over and resolved the problem exactly what he diagnosed online. I really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.

I contacted Dave about my washer. The water in my washer was not draining. Dave arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and provided me quotes. The price seemed reasonable to me. After agreeing he quickly started working on fixing washer. He explained what the issue was and completed the work in 10-15 minutes. All in all I had really good experience and would definitely recommend him.

Found Vincent on Google and based on reviews, reached out to him to repair our leaking kitchen aid ice maker. Reviews did not disappoint! He was quick and responsive, and got the job done asap once the part arrived. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future if needed (hopefully not needed though…)

I have used Complete Appliance Repair twice - first for a frontloading Whirlpool washing machine that wouldn't turn on and subsequently for a built-in Decor microwave that wouldn't start. Both are fairly old but in good shape and replacing them would be expensive. Both times, Vince, the company owner, was able to quickly diagnose the problem. I needed a new control panel for the washing machine and because the cost through normal venues was so high, the repair wasn't worth it; but Vince found a genuine OEM part on eBay for a fraction of the price. His cost for labor was very reasonable and so I commissioned the repair, and my washing machine is working again! I thought the microwave might also need a new control panel, which would have made that repair too expensive, but Vince immediately said it just needed three new switches and he was right! Both appliances are back in business at reasonable costs. Vince is a terrific guy with high ethics, very professional and is great at what he does. I highly recommend him! You won't make a mistake getting him to help you!

We've been putting off fixing our dishwasher for the longest time. I found Complete Appliance Repair on Google, and so glad we hired them!! They were super quick to respond and could show up immediately, but we were busy and scheduled for the next day. It was interesting watching the repair happen, and he diagnosed it SO fast! He literally had magic fingers, because we've closed our dishwasher so many times and it wouldn't turn on, and even pressing buttons on the control panel wouldn't do anything.

Love their $65 house drop in to evaluate the appliance that goes toward the repair if you want to move forward. Thanks to this company and our repair man (sorry I forgot your name!!) We have a fully working dishwasher just in time before our first baby comes! No more washing dishes by hand, thank God!

He was also dog friendly, gave some pets and attention to our golden retriever puppy who was so curious watching him repair the dishwasher. His dog's name is snowball, hope to have you again!

Vince is a very skilled and knowledgeable technician with a wealth of experience. He was able to diagnose and repair a hard-to-find leak coming from the water dispenser line underneath my refrigerator. Whereas other technicians were not sure how to perform the repair under the fridge, Vince was able to trace the source of the leak to inside the door. He disassembled the door and was able to replace the tubing on the spot.

Vince's rates are very reasonable/fair for the wealth of expertise he offers. Moreover, he works very hard and late to accommodate everyone's unique schedules, especially given the unexpected nature of appliance malfunctions. He is knowledgeable, honest, fair, and available.

Vince was prompt in responding our call and tried his best to fit us in his schedule on a Saturday. Looked at our washer with was able to detect the issue right away. Vince was very helpful and professional. I called for a relatively small issue with a gas dryer, and Vince showed up within 90 minutes because he was in the area. I had an issue with my refrigerator's freezer fan, and it was causing quite a bit of trouble. I called Complete Appliance Repair on Sunday night, and one of their technicians arrived first thing Monday morning. He conducted a thorough troubleshooting, identified the problem, and went to get the necessary part. After he returned, it took him less than an hour to complete the repair.
