I am very satisfied with the gas dryer repair performed by technician Igor. He arrived ahead of schedule, and completed the work expeditiously⁹. Igor was courteous, professional, and informative. He provided useful tips and insight on operating issues going forward. I have complete confidence in the repair, but if more service is needed (eg, washer work) I will unhesitatingly ask for Igor.

Igor was very nice. He arrived quickly and checked out our washer. He gave me options and costs to decide how to proceed. Recommend.

Always friendly and professional. As a renter I have had them come out several times over 6 years since my landlord gives us used bottom of the barrel stuff. They are reasonably priced and helpfully every time.

Found Appliance Repair USA online. Besides great reviews, I liked the fact that everything was explained on their website including the price for a visit (waived if repair is done) and a list of technicians with photos. It's very easy to schedule an appointment online. I love that!
The day of my appointment Igor texted me that he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. The problem with the dryer was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. He also did a quick check of my washer and offered suggestions regarding both appliances.
I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely use Appliance Repair USA again.

They were awesome and responded quickly and able to do same day service. When they got here Alex was professional and played out our options. Definitely appreciate them and there business.

I had an electrical issue with my flex drawer for my Samsung fridge. Appliance Repair was very upfront about pricing, so I asked for them to come out to look at it. Andrew was fantastic! He explained everything very well and showed me the issue with the wiring. The part that they ordered came very quickly and Andrew was back again to fix it. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and will happily use this company again. Thanks!

Max came to my mom’s house (92) to fix her Samsung freezer. He was efficient and gave her lots of detail on the fix required. Then when he returned to for the repair, even though the part was late, he made her repair top of his list to get completed as soon as it came in. He left everything clean and all fixes complete. It was excellent work! She was so appreciative of how he gave her lots of detail on the work he was doing. Thanks Max!

All I can say is very professional my roommate left the door open for getting ice and turned the freezer of the front door lower level freezer into a wonderland of snow because of it being left open in the yard. He was nice enough to explain that was the problem nothing else. It was well worth the $65 to have peace of mind. Great job thank you. I highly recommend them honest keep up the good work.

First time using them to fix our washing machine. The booking online was easy and quick. I was able to get someone to come fix our washing machine the next day. They sent me a text giving me a 20-30 minutes warning of his arrival. He had the part that needed to be fixed and it’s good as new! We will definitely contact them again for future services!

Andrew took a look at our dryer for servicing. He said everything looked good with no lint build-up.
He also looked at the washer that periodically makes a screaching noise. He recommended a part to see if that helped. It did not. So he took the part off and told me what the problem is. He said it's better to buy a new washer than spend the money for this other part that is apparently the issue. I was only charged the service fee to come out, even tho he took his time to install a part and then uninstall it.

We were very happy with the technician Andrew who provided us with great service. The Viking double oven replacement parts were very expensive but the service/ repair charges were reasonable considering he had to come three times to fix the damage caused by the area wide power outage. During the process he communicated with the Viking service staff to make sure the parts were available and expedited the shipment process to ensure the repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Our washer and dryer went out with in 2 weeks of each other and Igor showed up and had them fixed up better than they were before they broke. He works really fast and shows up quickly, glad I found this company!

I used app to set appointment and was able to get a response on Sunday! I sent pics of my issue, Stovetop Burner not lighting. They troubleshoot with me and recommend cleaning burner and if that didn’t work they would set an appointment. They cleaning worked! It’s has been a long time since I have experienced a knowledgeable and honest company! They are my first call for my next issue!

We used Dave’s services when our renters informed us that the refrigerator/freezer was not cooling at all. Dave came within the promised time slot and was very quick in diagnosing the issue - thermostat not working. He called me to explain the issue and that he had the part and could go ahead and fix it. During the repair process, Dave found another thing where the tube was not draining properly. He called me to explain that and offered to fix that at a small labor fee adder. The cooling is working well now, and my renter is happy with the fast response time.

Vincet was wonderful to work with on two complex fridge issues. He showed up quickly and made things simple and easy, where others I talked to diagnosed it without digging deeper into the issue and gave much higher estimates. Will definitely call him again for any future issues.
