The repair was fast.It wasn’t working at all before repairing but now it works perfectly

My 20-yr old wine cooler stopped giving out cold air. I checked out a few appliance repair services and decided to go with Reliable. I called them and the repairman, Paul, showed up. Quickly he found the problem and immediately ordered the needed part. He told me the part would arrive in three days. On the third day, he Paul called me and told me the part had arrived. He came the next day and replaced the part. My wine cooler is alive again! Paul was courteous and experienced. He did a fantastic job!

These guys were great. We had our washing machine breakdown. These guys came in troubleshot the problem ordered up the part and we’re back the next day to put install the new part. Very happy with the price, it was very fair!

Our service person was very polite and efficient. He ordered the necessary part for our Electrolux oven, and returned to install the part a few days later (on a Sunday). The price for the service was fair.

I had the chance to request their service for the inspection and repair of my old Dryer, and the technician was a very knowledgeable person and very organized in disassembling and reassembling of my appliance and didn't took a long time and zeroed in to the defective parts and was able to replace in a very short time. My Dryer is again operational just like the first time they did a repair for another issue. Thank you very much.

Paul came to my house and immediately assessed the problem with my subzero freezer. He had to order the part because the freezer was sold, but he got the part and made the repair the next day. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again for other appliance repair.

Arrived to our home on the same day service was requested. Did a complete and thorough job in responding to our problem -- we could not be more satisfied with the quality of the service and the customer service. Price was fair. Highly recommended.

Contacted via home Depot pro referral. Set a date and 2 hour window for the visit. No one showed or called. When I called at the end of my two hour window, the person I was speaking with rudely stated they could get someone out in the next 45 minutes. No apology or explanation. I reiterated I already waited the two hours for them but fine. Then he asked my address? How were they ever going to get someone out there without that in the first place, which I asked because I already provided this information. The lack of communication and rude attitude was a huge turn off so I tried to politey decline their services and he got even ruder. I did not move forward with this company.

I had an issue with my oven. the temperature kept going up to 450°F, and I couldn’t keep it steady at 350°F. I found Ambulance Appliance Repair online and decided to give them a call. They scheduled me quickly and came right on time. Technician Mark texted me 30 minutes before arriving, did a full diagnostic, and gave me a great price. He fixed everything the same day! I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend this company. I’ll definitely call them again in the future!
