Unbelievable that they came to fix my refrigerator ice maker on the same day. It ends up I just need to reset the refrigerator by unplugging and re-plugging it back. the cost for the emergency trip is beyond fair. Thank you Best Service Appliance Repair!!!

Update: after the repair, my dishwasher had a new problem where it won't wash the top rack. The service staff came to check on it and told me to try a trick which didn't work. I asked for follow-up service and they never responded.

Had a great experience with Eugene this morning. Our Samsung dryer had no heat! I called Best Appliance Repair at 8 am, Eugene was at my house by 9, and I had a working dryer by 9:30. Eugene was extremely knowledgeable, went right to work and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely call Best the next time I am in need of appliance repairs.

I cannot say enough, good things about the best service appliance repair, and especially my tech Eugene. He arrived less than 24 hours after my concern call to diagnose the problem with my Bosch French door refrigerator, and within three days he’s back with the parts - my no my freezer is up and running perfectly. If only everyone were so expeditious, and responsible!

Great service, easily fixable situation, but more costly than it should have been. Fixed cost vs hourly and took 15 minutes to fix.

We called regarding a microwave repair and were able to get an appointment the same day. Anton was polite and professional and investigated the situation only to find that the problem was regarding a bad circuit board of which were no longer available to replace. Although we weren’t able to get the microwave repaired, we were able to determine the problem and will work on getting a replacement microwave. We appreciated Anton’s help and would recommend using them in the future.

Very professional company. Technician came within couple of hours after my call, identify the problem in 10 min. It took a few days to get the parts necessary . They called and scheduled technician visit at time, convenient for me. It took him 15 min to replace the parts and everything works fine since then (it's been a few weeks).
Highly recommend using them for your appliance repairs.
