Had a great experience with My Home Heat & Air. They came out to my home in West Sacramento to inspect my unit and Ecobee, as I was running into some issues. They were super professional and knowledgable about the unit and also providing best practices on how to use my Ecobee with the unit I have in place. Definitely recommend!

Matt and his team have done a great job on the best equipment available and polished it off with 1 day installation of a nww GVAC system (Heating and AC). Nothing but the Best in the West!!

I had a great experience with My Home Heat and Air. They had my old system removed and new one installed in less than 36 hours. They educated me on the heat pump I purchased and were extremely knowledgeable. They also explained the available incentives to me and took care of the the applications.

Matthew and Brandon met With us to discuss a new heating and air-conditioning system in my house. My old system was about 20 years old and we put a brand new Bosch system in. Things could not have gone any smoother. They were prompt professional, and kept my house clean. The other thing that really impressed me is, they helped me with all the rebate paperwork From start to finish to make sure it all went through properly and it did thank you again for your great service. I would highly recommend my home heating and air.

Matthew came over to give me a quote for a new heat pump. I wanted to take advantage of the federal rebate while it was available. We sat down and he explained everything about the unit he thought was best for my house as well as the rebate and what was involved. He took care of the rebate paperwork and helped me apply for a loan for the remainder. All at my kitchen table. The install was quick and easy. These guys are great, a pleasure to work with and competitive with pricing. I absolutely recommend them.

I worked with Val R. He was honest and very good at explaining all aspects of recieving new HVAC system. New ducts also were installed . Workers were courteous and cleaned up everything. Roofers did great job. House smells great .

My old furnace finally failed after living in this house for the past 24 years, it was the original one that came in the home, which was built in 1993 so the furnace was 31 years old...I saw on Google that My Home Heat & Air had great reviews so I called and Matthew came over 1st thing the next morning and we set up appt. to have his guys install a brand new American Standard furnace...they worked here for a solid 7 hours getting everything hooked up and installed and also removing all remnants of the old one ( big relief I didn't have to deal with that ) ....they also added an awesome swing-down filter changer in the hallway ceiling, so no more messing with a filter on the unit itself....what can I say super happy and warm now, this new furnace works strong and fast, my house was way overdue for something more modern....HUGE THUMBS UP FOR THESE GUYS....!!

Matthew was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was respectful and didn't use pressure techniques. My husband and I are very happy with the results. The two men that installed it were respectful and very knowledgeable as well. All in all a very good company. Thank you very much.

We are very impressed with the My Home team! Our system was going out & they sent out technicians right away. They were on time, courteous & did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!

I normally do not write reviews, but I really want to thank Val and the team at My Home Performance. I was dealing with a pretty stressful issue at home, and I was totally overwhelmed. Val was incredibly kind from the first message. He helped me figure out what was urgent, helped arrange the visit as soon as possible, and talked me through what they were going to do. During the work, he kept everything clear and honest, with no surprise charges. Val’s attitude made a huge difference. He was calm, caring, and very easy to talk to.
