From the beginning of this project, I have dealt with nothing but professional people, Nadira Abel and Claudia were absolutely knowledgeable. And answered all my questions.
From the beginning to the end is that I am so happy. The way my house turned out. It looks beautiful. The paint is outstanding. They came in, they did the job quickly. They were neat about their work. Kept me informed all along. Along the way and I would recommend this company to family and friends.I have already recommended this company to neighbors.

Helene and Ron were great. Stayed in constant contact and continued updating me as our project went on. We are very satisfied with the entire project. We did roof, windows, and paint. All went flawless. If anyone needs any outside work done to their home, I will highly recommend Suntrust 100% and will be using Suntrust for my next home project. Thank you Ron for all your advise.

Although there was a little bit of a hiccup at the start with the subcontractor, in the end our new roof turned out great ! Our salesperson James was outstanding as far as explaining the product & the process. Our project manager Cristian was also outstanding, listening to our concerns & providing solutions. The house looks beautiful and SunTrust did a wonderful job. They did exterior paint and crew who did the job did very great job and they kept area clean. They cleaned around every day after work! Production was very communicative Claudia was helpful answering my questions during the project. And Abel, Nadira and Deanna did amazing job with helping me during the project! SunTrust was great to work with. We signed the contract and a few days later they started the project of putting on the new roof. They completed everything with a week. Great service and great people. Highly recommend them. Ryan was great to work with.

I hadn't amazing experience working with SunTrust remodeling. They sent Ryan out to give me us an estimate on a roof and he was very pleasant and detailed every step of how the project would go. Claudia was also super sweet and updated us on project timelines and when crew would arrive. I recently called this business thinking it was a well-known, reputable company I was trying to reach. They answered the phone using a different name, same type of services, and even similar branding. Using a different name made it felt off during the conversation.

Out of caution, I did some research afterward — and I’m glad I did!!! It turns out this business is not affiliated at all with the real company they’re pretending to be. They’re clearly trying to mislead people into thinking they’re someone else, which is dishonest and potentially dangerous.

This kind of behavior raises serious red flags. It could be a SCAM, or at the very least, a shady attempt to build credibility by copying a trusted brand. I’ve reported them to the appropriate authorities and strongly encourage others to be careful. If something doesn’t seem right, trust your instincts and double-check before giving them any money or personal information.
