I had a plumbing issue between two of my walls and my plumber recommended this company for removal of the wall. They were exceptional to work with and guide me through the insurance claim process. The technicians as well as the front office staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Gus, the project manager for my job, went above and beyond for coordinating the plumber, asbestos and lead testing, and documenting everything the insurance adjuster needed for an insurance claim. I highly recommend them!

Restoration Heroes did a great job in my time of need! They came out the same day I called. They very quickly 'got the ball rolling', on a Saturday afternoon! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. I can't believe the amount of work that was accomplished in one day regarding the removal of damaged property. I'd like to say that Mike was GREAT in helping me deal with some confusing insurance issues. He genuinely cared and took the time to listen to my concerns and did all he could to help me. He is very personable, friendly and was just all around great! Tabitha has been very kind, caring and also very helpful. It's rare to feel heard and listened to by companies and I felt both by Mike and Tabita. It's very wonderful to have people who care in a time of need. Even tho my insurance claim was denied, the treated me with respect and kindness. That goes a long way in my book. I'll definitely call them in the future if there's another housing issue! Restoration Heroes did a great job of removing everything that was affected when a drain pipe and shower pan leak did some major flooding and damage behind the walls of my vanity and bathroom. They insured that everything was carefully taken out and, when asbestos and lead were discovered, they contacted another company and had them treat and mitigate the toxins before they were able to safely continue their work. They made sure that everything was completely dry before they removed their equipment. Highly recommended.

At 1am our water main burst at the pressure regulator flooding my garage that was full of my belongings because our family was in the process of moving in. The water was coming out much faster than it could drain under the garage door so I had over 1’ deep water in my garage with my many of my belongings floating. The garage door sensors were underwater, so I could not even open the garage door. Unfortunately my 30+ year old comic book collection got wet.

Fortunately, I was referred to Restoration Heroes, who came out quickly to take care of my family and personal belongings. They neatly & carefully laid out all of my belongings and used a “dry in place“ drying strategy. This helped save a lot of time by eliminating the demolition and reduced the cost to repair the damage substantially for the insurance company. The team of technicians were punctual, respectful, professional, communicated well and had very high standards. After drying the structure and my personal property, their team determined what was salvageable, what was not, so it would be easier for the claim adjuster to asses the damages. They even pressure washed the water stains off the garage door inside and out. The supervisor Gary Pesner helped me navigate through the insurance process from the first day until the last. I was out of state and everything that needed to be taken care of was handled smoothly during my absence. I’ve never been through anything like this before, and really appreciated Gary and his team always being available and making sure everything was taken care of. They had my back and went above & beyond for me! My garage is now in much better condition than before the flood. I’m very happy, grateful and highly recommend the service Restoration Heroes provides!

Home Depot improperly installed a dishwasher and flooded my kitchen, ruining my wood floors and island. RH was recommended to me by the plumber who came out. They called right away and sent someone over within a couple of hours. Felipe, my project manager, is great. He came and assessed the situation and put a remediation plan in place for me thru my home owners insurance. He is always available by text and returns phone calls promptly. This has been very stressful for me (and my cats) and Felipe has been extremely kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. The demo team, Alex and Guillermo, were great. They were at my house for 3 days removing everything that was damaged. They made everything extremely convenient for me, even allowing me continued access to portions of my kitchen around the containment area. They were friendly, professional and very careful with my things. I like that RH also has a reconstruction department which can install the new flooring. It’s a one stop shop! I believe I’m getting way better service and communication with RH than I would with one of those large national companies. They have made a stressful situation less so, for me and the cats. Highly recommend!!

My water heater had burst and flooded my home, we had found Restoration Heroes on Google so we called them after hour and they dispatched their team right away. They were at my house within 1 hour they dispatched a plumber to come and stop the leak. I really appreciate the work that have done for us and the attention to details.also they were very professional and friendly to my house hold and my pets. Thank you Restoration Heroes will be referring them to my friends and family.

I had Restoration Heroes handle the demolition phase of my project, and the experience was excellent. Ervin led the team and kept everything running smoothly.

On day one he brought another crew member, and on day two Arnold and Alex joined in — all of them worked hard and were professional throughout. Ervin even took the time to sweep the garage afterward, which I really appreciated.

If the rest of the process goes as well as the demo, I expect to be fully satisfied.

It’s been 6 years since Josh Kreutzen oversaw the extensive remodeling of 2 bathrooms in our residence. All of the work was performed with impeccable attention to detail and completed on time. Josh maintained constant communication with us at each stage. As is common in all remodeling projects, changes are inevitable. AO Contractors was able to adapt quickly. For instance, when the new plumbing flex lines to the two bathrooms were being routed, I asked for rest of the house plumbing to be switched to flexible lines, bypassing the current in-concrete slab copper lines. Josh easily accommodated us and I no longer worry about slab leaks. I highly recommend Josh and AO Contractors for residential remodeling.

I worked with Josh on a few of my projects. They have remodeled 2 of my bathrooms and fully rebuilt new closets and bathrooms and even match the existing crown molding that was custom made originally. Josh and his team were always able to see my vision and make it come to life. They always showed up on time and were very pleasant to work with. More than anything their customer service is outstanding and they treat you like family. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel, build or do a complete overhaul on any project you need.

This store is the worst home depot I have ever been to. Their customer service is deplorable. Telling me a request for installation will be put in as the store opens the next day and then I call to confirm only to discover our order was not even entered is garbage.

Never ever have I ever dealt with a such an incompetent and rude institution as Home Depot Installation Services in Orange County!! Especially by their employee named Alexis. She's absolutely irresponsible!!
