We had to have all of our floors replaced due to water damage. Andy and his crew came in and did the work with efficiency and care. They always answered my many questions and took care of all of the paperwork with the insurance company. You will be in good hands with this company as they were all terrific.

*UPDATE* I just want to respond to the BS reply from the owner. They are taking zero responsibility online for overcharging and price gouging my family, but I am here to state that their response is a blatant lie. Looking forward to seeing you in court.

This place came to restore damage done on our property and scammed us out of $1800 in unnecessary testing. They had no explanation, forced us to pay (even though it was clear we didn’t need the testing and this group is just a bunch of unintelligent project managers who don’t care). We are now taking them to small claims court. Work with them at your own risk.

Dissatisfies is an understatement. If there was a negative score, you definitely receive that. We’ve got nothing but lots of smoking mirrors and unkept promises. Quick to get the contract sign and get the deposit and disappeared. It’s been over two weeks since Miles has done anything other than having two employees with inferior equipment, make a mediocre attempt at repairing five condos that had 4 feet of water inside. Save your money and look elsewhere for a company with integrity. Wonder how many people along the Gulf Coast Steinhatchee Cedar Key have gotten taken advantage of.

DKI did a beautiful job, our project manager is Luis and he did an amazing job all around but I would like to stand my review to reach those families who have children with special needs. I have a 12-year-old severely autistic son, and those families who can relate know that not only is it difficult to find a company understand our need to but to help. not only did they understand they adjusted their work schedules. There are loud sounds different machine make. And some My son was able to tolerate some he could not. I understand that contractors are on a very strict schedule, so I was blown away at there willingness to adjust and accommodate so that sounds would not increase my sons sensitivity and his ability to except a situation. They would go above and beyond because of his allergies and his asthma. Luis did not make me feel like I was trying to make his life difficult or his work or his job difficult but in fact, he made me feel relieved and stress-free every step of the way. And that’s very difficult with a child that can melt down and not be able to calm him himself. so more than post a review I’d like to thank them for doing a amazing job and taking myself and my children in consideration, and making this a positive experience thanks

I highly recommend DKI with any repair you might need. We had water damage in the kitchen that went into the dining room and the family room. They worked with us on every detail with the project. If something didn’t fit they did their utmost to solve the problem. DKI also has a show room with everything you need for your project . Our Project Manager (Luis) was always on time, helpful, and returned our calls in a timely fashion. He was always there when needed and worked very hard for us. In all DKI did a excellent job and completed the job in the time they said it would be done.

I’m very happy with everyone at DKI Restotech. I mean where do I start? First off, Andy Esla and his drywall team went above and beyond to please us during our first and hopefully last slab leak. Andy and his drywall crew really helped lower our stress levels by doing all they could to make sure we were satisfied. Can’t forget Manuel Guardado. He was also a big help. Adolfo and his packing team were also amazing. I appreciate all of their hard work and honesty as well. If I could rate more than 5 stars. I would. I highly reccomend this company to anyone dealing with home restoration / repairs. Thank you Restotech for taking care of us. We really appreciate all that you’ve done for us.

We hired DKI to fully remodel our kitchen (removing the old cabinets and island/ rearrange the appliance locations/design of the new cabinet and island and installation of all). We also had them redesign the laundry room/ remove walls and redirect plumbing/repair of flooring/installation of new doors/ building new walls/ installation of washer and dryer, lighting, etc.). Lastly, they assisted us in reforming an entertainment center to a beautiful bar. All the above projects were done meticulously and Tony/the contractor-owner supervised the whole project from A-Z and provided incredible insight which resulted in an impeccable work of art. He and his crew rendered the best remodeling job that anyone can imagine. I highly recommend them. They are second to none.

All they want is to rip up yr floors and run up the largest bill possible. They are untrustworthy liars and opportunists .. I wouldnt invite them into my home or office if they worked for free let alone to have to pay for this garbage ...

DKI is the absolute best! Tony Esla and his crew are skilled,
professional, personable. Tony couldn’t be more responsive and
reliable. I worked with him for a kitchen flood in 2017, and had him
come back again for a recent and significant slab leak.
I also want to acknowledge Vickie and her pack out crew. She is
amazingly organized, and her crew was very careful with everything.
Guillermo, Oscar and his flooring crew, and Louis the painting lead,
were all so accommodating with my circumstances. All of Tony’s crew
were terrific!
My circumstances were challenging for him, but he did everything he
could to accommodate my situation. I can’t imagine any other
contractor that would be so workable. I wholeheartedly highly
recommend Tony Esla and DKI! Tony Elsa is a genuinely kind and
good man.

When I had water damage, I used DKI Restotech and they were so professional and punctual. They wrapped up my belongings neatly and stored them while they took care of the damage.
