It’s never easy having a sudden water leak in your home. Gilbert and his crew came out immediately and lived up to their name, “Restoration Heroes”. They began by very systematically going through my home to find out where the water was coming from and drawing up a plan of action. Every step was carefully thought through and thoroughly explained. I always felt I was in trustworthy hands. I greatly appreciated how they stepped through each action with me so there weren’t any surprises. Additionally, Gilbert went out of his way to help me call my insurance and talk on a three way call so he could make sure everything was explained thoroughly to them. During my dry out time, Gilbert called or texted every day to give me an update on how we were progressing towards our dry out goal and make sure I knew where things stood. More impressive and impactful, he also called to simply check on my family throughout our process. The company was incredible to work with and I would highly recommend them if you should ever find yourself in trouble. Furthermore, if you request Gilbert, I can promise you will be handled by the utmost professional, kind and respectful employee.

We had a very large slab leak in our home. We used Restoration Heros with Kristine as our project manager. I can not say enough great things about her and the company. She coordinated every other test and permit we needed to complete the job. She answered every question even late in the evening. I would have wasted so much time trying to figure out who and what I needed.The crew that came and boxed up our furniture and the team that set up the fans and equipment were awesome. The were polite, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I had a major water heater disaster at my home that flooded portions of the house. I was working with Pristine Plumbing who referred me to Restoration Heroes. Gary of Restoration Heroes came to my rescue within 30 minutes of my call. In an hour, he had the report with all the photos and measurements of the water damage to my insurance company.He coordinated with the appropriate contractors to handle air quality testing, asbestos abatement, packing and putting in storage furniture and household stuff from the bedroom, etc. Without Restoration Heroes, I would not have enjoyed my Hawaiian vacation the following week, stress-free! And most of all, they also watered my plants in my absence....now who can beat that? I have nothing but utmost respect and appreciation of Restoration Heroes for their exceptional service. A supply line blew in my mom’s kitchen. She’s 82 and it was very stressful for her. We called Restoration Heroes and Gary Pesner came immediately to check out the damage. I can honestly say that he treated my mom like his own mother. He was awesome and I truly appreciate it. Gary always answered my calls and kept me informed the whole time. I would give Gary and Restoration Heroes 20 stars if I could. They were responsive and professional and took great care of everything. One morning I walked out of the house and saw a bit of water coming out of my garage. I shut the water off and called the plumber. Very quickly I came to realize that a pipe burst in the wall and that there was a lot of water under my wood floor. I called Restoration Heroes and Gary showed up within an hour or so with equipment to detect moisture and with a lot of understanding of what was going on under the surface. It was clear at that point that this was a big deal and I should involve my insurance. He helped me file the claim and started communicating directly with the adjuster. That was very helpful as I didn't know how. He brought in his team and they started opening the walls and tracking the water damage while coordinating with the insurance and providing them the information they needed to be able to approve coverage. This resulted in a smooth process with AAA insurance. They also connected me with good contractors in their network which I appreciated. I am forever grateful for the great care and maticulos attention I got from all the team at restoration Heroes, they literally saved the day.

We had an undeniably very difficult experience with water pouring through our master bath flooring down to the main floor due to an error on the part of our plumber. (A story for a different, not so happy review on another day). Restoration Heroes showed up quickly, began work right away, and assured us they would be able to take care of the damage. They had sophisticated technical equipment to properly fix the issues. We had repair needed on both floors, so parts of our living room were blocked off by plastic as was most of our upstairs master bath. It took 10 days for the fans and the dehydrators to dry us out, and each day we had RH people checking on us to assess the progress. RH was professional, polite, and great with daily communication -- each technician who showed up was respectful, arrived when he said he would, and even helped us with a bit of education about the process. In addition, and most remarkable, they even made good on some very expensive medication that was ruined by a refrigerator being shut off because of their equipment. In these days when there always seems to be an excuse for poor service, whether that be supply-chain issues or staffing, it was a lovey experience to deal with this company that actually followed through on every promise and took responsibility for their actions. Gus was our "manager" and even tho we had a bit of a timing gap in our communication with him, he made sure the right things were done. We commend him. Angelica in the office was also helpful and we compliment every single technician who came to our house to assess the progress of the repair daily. We are left feeling very positive about and appreciative of the integrity we were shown by Restoration Heroes. Your business is aptly named.
