We recently decided to have our house painted after contemplating it for the last couple of years. We considered a few contractors for the job, including a flyer we had previously saved from SunTrust Remodeling. Delano, Acct Executive, initially explained the process with a detailed presentation followed by a complete measuring of the home. At this point we decided that SunTrust was the way to go. It was the best decision we ever made. A few days later we met with Justin, Construction Mgr. and discussed the timetable and completion of the job. In addition, we added beautiful vinyl gates to enhance the curb appeal of our home.

The painting crew was very professional, always on time, very clean and paid attention to all details. In addition, Rusti, Production Mgr., was in daily contact with me to keep me informed of their progress and the next stages of the project. Rusti was a pleasure to work with in all aspects and was there for us to answer any questions we had. There was no stress during the entire job as all company employees work well as a team.

It truly has been a great experience from beginning to end of the project. Our house looks beautiful thanks to the wonderful job done by the SunTrust staff, painting crew and gate installers. We would definitely recommend them for your future projects.

Ron and Parker came to my house did a thorough inspection. Then gave me a detailed and honest report of the circumstances of the exterior of my house. They took the time to explain the history and reputation of the SunTrust company, their policies and the strength of their company. The fact that they are licensed and bonded is a comfort as well.

Now that the project is finished I would give a five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++ plus review. My house looks great. The paint is beautiful. Ron Remeyer was a very helpful project manager. Not only does he communicate well, and gets back to me quickly. I also feel he is a very honest forthright person and I appreciate that very much.

Simply put, SunTrust is the best contractor we have ever worked with. They tackled a complex main floor reconfiguration, removing a load-bearing wall and re-routing HVAC. Their engineering know-how and problem-solving skills were evident throughout. The final space is open, bright, and exactly what we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Ryan and Rusty on the amazing project! Ryan showed us how easy and attainable this project was and Rusty streamlined the process with the scheduling and management of the project’s step by step. My roof was long overdue for a redo as I had a few leaks coming in the house and you could see the tiles deteriorating. SunTrust gave us a good quote for the work needed as we knew there would be damaged wood underneath.
I had solar panels that we had removed so the work can get done. They replaced ALL the damaged wood panels with new ones on one day, and laid the new tiles the next! We even replaced our 2 old whirlygigs with 2 new black ones! We even opted in for the special ventilation on the roof top. Once the work was completed, I had the solar panels put back on. The whole project in total took about 3 8-hr work days.
All the workers were real friendly including our contact Reese, It was such a great experience and I am happy with my new roof with a 50-year warranty!.
