Constraction reviews in Irvine, California

All of the workers Treeium contracts with were very nice. However, we have some major issues. They damaged our floors and in replacing them, they aren’t level. They ordered the wrong cabinet doors, then had someone add some cheap trim painted white and now it’s chipping (see photo). And now, less then two years later, the cabinet hinges are coming out so some doors are hanging crooked. I feel like I have to have my entire kitchen redone already because it looks so cheap!

Treeium has been a complete nightmare. I am still dealing with their issues 6 months after my two-bathroom renovation was supposed to be completed. I had countless issues with each phase of the project and had to consult multiple contractors not affiliated with Treeium to remedy each issue. The final issue I dealt with was a plumbing leak in both bathrooms after the expensive tile was already completed. They sent plumbers out on three different occasions and were not able to fix their error. As a result of their contractor's incompetence, I had to consult my own plumber to fix Treeium's mistakes that were made. These fixes cost $2900. Their CEO, Moty Ginsburg/and Office Manage, Abril Platas approved the reimbursement for the costs I incurred, however, they never paid the $2900. Their Project Manager, Joseph Avishay could not provide any updates and apologized that the company had no funds and cannot successfully finish projects. I have been told countless excuses as to why I was not reimbursed, such as "their accounting team is overseas", "their CEO is out of town," "Their CEO is in charge of accounting and is out of town".... the list goes on. PLEASE do yourself a favor and run as fast as possible away from this horrible company.

Since we have been stuck at home with not much to do and can’t really go anywhere due to COVID, we decided to remodel our master bathroom.

After a long search we came across Treeium on yelp and we decided to give them a call and get a quote. From the first phone call to meeting our amazing project manager, Zack Lugassi, the entire process was smooth, easy and painless. This was our first remodeling experience and we’re so glad we chose Treeium for the project.

The guys were complete professionals, followed all the required guidelines, wore masks to make sure both us and their staff are safe throughout the whole process.

We are truly in love with our new master bathroom thanks to Zack and his crew!

Good service, pricing compare to others are aligne. Had some initial hiccups in communication but the team was able to jump in and work on solving the issue with me. Appreciate the customer support I been getting. Would recommend.

This company is so great to work with. Shay is awesome! He’s always on time, keeps you updated with the progress everyday, he’s always on top of things and one thing I really like is he always picks up the phone when you call and answers your text right away.

They finished the project in such a short time, everybody I spoke to was impressed with how fast they did it. And they didn’t even do any short cuts. Our patio is so nice…..thanks to Shay and LMX Builders!

I decided to redo the outside area around my house. Removed everything, landscaping, driveway, walkways and back patio. Even had to rebuild a cinder block wall that my old tree roots had destroyed. Not a small project by any means. LMX Builders were great. They took care of permits, coordinating with subcontractors, most everything that was needed they took care of it. I used pavers for the new driveway, walkway and patio. They did a fantastic job. And the stone work was just as good. Built a new planter and had some columns faced with stone. Anytime a problem came up Yaniv was on it right away. Never had the feeling I wasn't an important customer.

My experience with LMX Builders was beyond my expectations. I needed repair on my coping around my pool deck, replaced the old seal and some minor concrete work around my skimmer. Yaniv listened to me and what I wanted, he did not try to sell me on anything. The customer service and professionalism is a 12 out of 10. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and hopefully soon will be able to get my master bathroom remodeled. Yaniv, his office personal & workers are awesome. Signed on Wednesday late afternoon Val had the roofing crew out the next day. The Roofing crew was on time and did a phenomenal job from the roof to cleaning up. Two and a half days after signing the roof was done, love it! Val stayed in contact with us on everything so we were not left in the dark. Thank you Val for helping make everything go smooth and Thank you roofers for being kind, respectful and for all your hard work.

Val and his men are reliable, fast, and the best of the best. Thank you for going above and beyond. We are happy with the roof
