We had a water leak in our bathroom, and our floors were damaged. The plumming company called Restoration Heroes who responded immediately , diagnosed the issue , explained the process, and educated us regarding all aspects of the clean up operation .. They dispatched a crew the next morning and worked with our insurance company to approve our claim. Gary answered all our questions, was so patient and kept us informed of the remediation progress on a daily basis . All the staff were curtious, took Covid measures, dried up the water damage , cured the mold and cleaned up the area after the job was done . Their professionalism and knowledge turned a stressful situation into a comfortable experience. I highly recommend Restoration Heroes.

When there is a leak or burst pipe, one should inform your insurance company. They leave calling a plumbing service up to you. Often, especially at night or on weekends it is difficult to get a plumbing service to quickly come to your home.
Using a service like Restoration Heroes takes the guess work about taking care of the problem. They will contact a plumbing service to fix the leak or burst pipe. Restoration Heroes will then do the cleanup and drying as well as any required demolition. They will get a storage company to store anything that needs to be stored. While most home insurance does not cover plumbing repair, the work done by Restoration Heroes and the storage company is covered by your home insurance.

We had a ruptured dishwasher hose the ruined our floors, cabinets and drywall. Called Restoration Heroes and Mike and his team were out the next day. They identified the areas impacted and came out over the next two days to remove everything. Over the course of the work we had several questions and Mike was always available and happy to help. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

Eric promptly came out to my residence to assess my property and got everything moving quickly. Assisted me in calling my insurance to get my claim started and moving forward. His crew came out and has removed all water damaged areas in my house, leaving the area clean and taped off where needed to have machines drying everything out. He is also available when needed to answer any questions you may have to.

I'm a new homeowner and I just went through my first big homeowner nightmare thanks to a slab leak. Luckily I was referred to Restoration Heroes and I couldn't be happier with them. October 2022 Update: My bad luck with slab leaks continued (I have repiped now fortunately). I used Restoration Heroes again for the water remediation which went smoothly with Gus Valdez overseeing this time.

Unfortunately I had an issue with another company so I eventually consulted Gary Pesner again because he was such a help last time. I was just hoping he’d be able to do something even though it wasn’t his company. Gary made sure I was taken care of and that I was able to get back in my home quickly. Everything was on track once he got involved. I haven’t met any contractors with the same level of commitment to the customer. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely call restoration heroes again and ask for Gary.

I had an emergency leak on that flooded over half the ground floor that damaged much of the carpet, side moldings and toe kicks for the kitchen cabinets. We basically needed to redo the entire 1st floor. Restoration Heroes came the same day within about an hour after our call well prepared. They immediately took control of the situation, called a mold specialist in, brought in drying equipment and temporary storage/movers as we had to vacate the same day. I've never had to deal with anything like this in my life and Adam and his team immediately set me at ease and took over the situation. They basically ran the show, worked with my insurance company and laid out exactly what I should expect over the next week or so. Super patient and professional. They coordinated everything flawlessly showing empathy the entire time. Wore shoe covers and masks and are super patient. This was definitely stressful but we felt very much taken care of. Now several weeks later we are about to start reconstruction with a GC they recommended and Adam still follows up with us periodically even though their role is done to help us navigate within the Insurance company. I know they are a relatively new company but they seem to have a ton of experience and expertise in the field. I have honestly never had this level of good customer service from a contractor before and I dont know how we would have managed on our own without them. They helped us step by step in working with the insurance company and we knew exactly what to expect along the way. I highly recommend their service if you ever need restoration services!

Restoration Heroes were great. No one likes to deal with an unexpected leak/flood so I appreciate their quick and professional work. This was my first time dealing with a flood and insurance so they were very helpful given their responsiveness and transparency with each step of the process. I hope I don’t have any water damage issues in the future, but if I do I know who I’ll call.

We had water damage in bedroom, bath and garage. Restoration Heroes did a fantastic job. Mike White, our Project Manager, was outstanding before, during and after the mitigation was complete. Mike went above and beyond the call to assist at a difficult time. Technicians Marcos and Alexis were thoroughly professional and courteously strove to minimize disruption to our daily lives.

Anyway the plumber company we called, Pristine Plumbing, was working with Restoration Heroes and the disaster caused by the leak became a bad memory the second they took care of it: high tech tools, very clear and detailed explanations of the process and the best part am amazing job.
Gary the manager in charge of my case was extremely precise and the attention to details in the report was great. Honestly I had to deal in the past with different companies and this one is the top of the line. Very nice workers and highly professionally trained. Thank you guys and especially Gary. They really deserve their title, The Heroes!
