My experience with Sea Pointe Construction was fantastic! They handle the whole design and build process so from start to finish so you have a team all on the same page. I worked with Janna, Sean, and Dane who truly make the process seamless and finished on time (actually a day ahead of schedule!).

We started with the goals for the space (kitchen island, extending kitchen cabinets to the ceiling, painting, and backsplash). Janna was wonderful at making the vision come to life, and very helpful to lay out the difference scale of price for difference pieces of the project. It allowed me to save on some areas, and splurge on the places that truly mattered to me.

Sean made sure the project started on time, stayed on track (and budget), and finish when expected. Which to me is hugely important! there are so many pitfalls with the different moving parts, so having him and Dane on top of things daily truly made a difference.

The SeaPointe Construction team did not disappoint! They are true professionals and craftsmen. The work they did exceeded our expectations. We wanted a designer's help to guide us through the maze of product selections. She was excellent, as was the project manager, and the workers assigned to our home project. Sea Pointe met my expectations to the fullest. Alison, our designer, and Chris, our project manager, were instrumental in achieving smooth progress with their advice, availability and communication. We could not have picked a better company or team to tackle our first renovation. We gutted our kitchen, removed a wall and remodeled our powder room + laundry room. Our designers Natalie and Aaron listened to our ideas and what we wanted/needed as a family of 6. They gave us new ideas and really just made the entire reno enjoyable and stress free. Our PM, Jim had great communication and really cared about our project, making sure we were happy with every choice, layout, etc. The crew who was with us from start- Dane our project coordinator, Cody, Jack, Marcos & Roger who were all attentive to detail and their hard work didn’t go unnoticed. They also left our house clean at the end of every day. The office staff, Sally, Michelle and Trent were quick to assist with any change order we wanted or billing questions we had. The process from beginning to end was very streamlined and we always knew what was going on or who would be at our house. That was so important to us especially having 4 young kids. We feel so lucky to have found Sea Pointe & 100% would use them again.

I choose Sea Pointe after attending a seminar. What I liked about them is the designer is part of the construction team, so you have a nice integration between the different phases of your project.

Allison was our designer. She put together plans that incorporated our ideas beautifully. She even went helped us out with appliance shopping. Jim was our project manager and always kept us in the loop on where we were with the project. He also listened to me when I had questions or concerns and fixed any problems we encountered.

Most importantly are the guys who did the work. We had a lot of professionals doing portions of the project (e.g. wall refinishing, tiling, etc.), but the two guys that really made a difference were Jack and Pat. They were involved from the demolition to final touches. They did plumbing, framing, some electrical, fixture installation, and touch-ups. Jack and Pat made everything run smoothly and it was appreciated.

All-in-all, I couldn't have been happier with Sea Pointe and the end results.

Mike, Dane and the crew at Seapointe were beyond exceptional. Our kitchen remodel went so smoothly, and the results were exactly what we had in mind. Eddie was an especial standout, answering my questions and taking care of every little thing. John, the cabinet maker did an excellent job matching our existing cupboards, and making cupboards under the island. I would recommend them for their professionalism, promptness and communication.

Recently, I became the owner of my first home—a picturesque 3400 square foot hillside property with a pool, nestled in Yorba Linda, offering breathtaking views. Despite its natural allure, the house demanded extensive renovations to align with modern design standards. SeaPointe encountered numerous challenges, including modernizing an outdated oak kitchen encased by a formidable barrier, replacing older carpeting, eliminating popcorn ceilings, upgrading antiquated fixtures, addressing inadequate lighting throughout the premises and more. However, this project wasn't merely about refurbishment; it represented a profound transformation aimed at revitalizing the living space. Additionally, SeaPointe was unaware of a significant detail until the last day of the process—I had previously resided in five apartments. My late mother served as my designer, and my late father, a skilled builder, ensured each residence was both cozy and functional. With their recent passing, SeaPointe assumed the role that my wonderful parents once fulfilled.

After thorough due diligence, including evaluating multiple Full-Service Design and Build companies, I chose SeaPointe for their stellar reputation, impressive portfolio, and demonstrated capacity to manage a project of this scale efficiently.

The process began with an onsite discovery meeting where I met Natalie and Arron, the dynamic design duo, who meticulously noted my requirements and sought to understand the emotions and purposes behind each space. Their attention to detail and commitment to realizing my vision, rather than simply completing tasks, was evident from the start. I was also pleased to discover that SeaPointe offered comprehensive interior furnishing design services, further demonstrating their commitment to delivering a turnkey solution.

Subsequent to the initial meeting, the design team diligently crafted a detailed proposal outlining every facet of the implementation, ensuring transparency and instilling confidence. They provided specific details, down to the materials to be used, and presented visual images of the proposed remodel, alleviating any anxiety I may have had. The comprehensive proposal encompassed all aspects, including the costs of specific tasks such as painting, flooring, electrical work, kitchen materials, and itemized furnishing pricing—exhibiting a level of transparency that set SeaPointe apart from other vendors.

As the project commenced, I was assigned a dedicated project manager, Ray, who remained accessible via email and phone, encouraging constant communication throughout the process. What truly impressed me was the consistent presence of the SeaPointe team in my home, virtually every day, until the project reached its fruition. Not once did I need to micromanage or navigate unforeseen challenges; Ray and the team adeptly identified any hurdles and promptly provided solutions, ensuring that the project stayed on track.

Finally, on the day of the big project completion reveal, I was overwhelmed with emotion as I witnessed the stunning transformation of my home. SeaPointe had exceeded my expectations, creating a space that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also perfectly aligned with my vision and lifestyle.

Our kitchen remodel experience with Sea Point was fantastic. Allison was the designer we met with when we were trying to decide which company to go with and we clicked immediately. We instantly felt confident that she would be able to help create the dream that we had in our minds for our kitchen and she did not disappoint. She really took time to understand our style and helped us make decisions that would have otherwise taken hours and hours to make on our own. Once we signed with Sea Pointe we felt like they had us every step of the way. They had great communication. Ray, our project manager, always let us know what had transpired that week and what was going to happen the upcoming week. We appreciated these messages and always felt like we knew what was going on with our project. All of the other staff that worked on our kitchen were friendly and competent. They arrived on time, ended on time and left things neat and tidy. They were super understanding of our pets and took extra steps to work with us to make sure our pets were safe and secure during the construction process. We highly recommend Sea Pointe if you are looking for a company to handle your remodel. They have everything in house and make the whole process as smooth as possible. We have had a wonderful experience with Sea Pointe Design and Remodel for the remodel of our primary bathroom. It started with us attending their seminar where you get a chance to hear about the company, see projects that they have done, and meet the designers. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We booked a consultation with our design team, Robert and Cynthia. They came out to the house, saw the space, and listened to our wish list. We then met them at the design office where they had a design concept and samples waiting for us. Both Robert and Cynthia listened to our vision and worked with us to make it happen!
Once construction started we had the pleasure of working with our Project Manager, Marc, and his team, Ben, Jack, and Adrain. Everyday they showed up when they said they would, worked professionally, were trustworthy, and cleaned up each evening. They took care of any nit-picky issue I had, always with a great attitude and weren’t happy until I was happy. We especially appreciated the weekly update reports from Marc, we always knew what had been done and what to expect for the upcoming week. We received quick responses from all involved on questions or concerns we had.

We worked with Seapointe to complete a bedroom addition and bathroom remodel. The process was smooth from start the finish. They made it easy on us from the beginning. Mike was great with creating the designs we wanted and Johnny worked with his team to make the build and remodel come to life. Sea Pointe completed our master bathroom remodel. We are very happy with the results! Chris and his crew of Danny, Ryan and Jose did excellent work. Additionally, they have great attitudes and excel in communication which is very important throughout the remodel process. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed and resolved. We engaged Sea Pointe to help us update our home, including remodeling all three of our bathrooms, and refreshing our kitchen with new floors, backsplash, and lighting and our great room by updating our fireplace. At every step along the way, from design to construction, the Sea Pointe team was first rate. Having never done something like this before we happily relied on Sea Pointe designer Melissa Zadoorian to help us make design and material decisions that matched our goals. Sea Pointe meticulously measured and ordered our choices and led by Project Manager Chris Cerraetani, they executed our project plan, completing it in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. A big thank you to Erik, Shane, and John for doing an amazing job on the cabinet work and to Danny, Jose, and Ryan for the meticulous work they did on the dry wall, paint and all the extras. The whole team was so accommodating and helped to bring our vision to like. We could not have chosen a better partner than Sea Pointe.

Sea Pointe recently remodeled my guest bathroom, primary bathroom and bedroom. They took my vision, ran with it and brought it to life. I went from a builders grade 80s style to my dream bathrooms/bedroom. I had an amazing team, starting with Robert and Cynthia as the designers, Dane as the Project manager and his team Antonio, Cristian, Jorge and Luissin. The communication and attention to detail were outstanding. I am already starting a a 2nd project with them.

I am writing this review for Sea Pointe to reflect on the complete remodel of our 670 square feet condo unit. The project included a full overhaul of the kitchen, including new cabinets and appliances, the bedroom, and the bathroom with a beautiful new shower, along with new flooring installed throughout the entire unit.

On the positive side, the quality of the work was exceptional. The attention to detail, from the seamless new flooring to the precision of the kitchen and bathroom tiling, was remarkable. The craftsmanship is a testament to the team's skill, and the end result has completely transformed our living space, making our small condo feel much larger and more modern. We also greatly appreciated their willingness to find cost-saving solutions wherever possible, without compromising the quality of the final product.

Furthermore, the communication was outstanding. Paul (our project manager) was always transparent with us, providing regular updates, and his communication with our Homeowners Association was so effective that the HOA representative mentioned they wished every contractor was as clear and transparent. Working with Allison, our designer, was also a great experience; she listened attentively to our ideas and provided excellent suggestions to complement our vision. The on-site crew (Roger, Adrian, Pat, Ben, John, Erik, Shane and Oscar) was also consistently professional, courteous, and made a visible effort to keep the work area as clean as possible.

However, the one major challenge we faced was the project timeline. The work took significantly longer than the initial estimate, with the project spanning nearly 11 months from the date of contract signing to completion. Not all of the delays were Sea Pointe’s fault. But, it often felt as though the team was juggling too many projects at once, which led to slow progress on key documents and a protracted schedule. I also believe they could have been more efficient by working on other parts of the project while waiting for delays. The final three weeks of the project were dedicated to addressing a series of small punch-list items that seemed to accumulate, further extending the completion date.

In conclusion, while the final product is beautiful and the communication was top-notch, the lengthy and delayed timeline was a major point of frustration. The team's commitment to quality is evident in the finished space, but future clients should be prepared for a project that may take longer than estimated.

The architect, Melissa Goertz, truly captured our vision – both inside and out. She translated our ideas into a design that felt authentic to us while elevating the overall look and functionality of our home.
Once the demolition and construction began, our project manager, Dane Shimp, became our steady guide. We met weekly and he answered our daily questions with professionalism and calm reassurance. His ability to stay composed and solution-oriented throughout the remodel gave us confidence every step of the way. In addition, Antionio, Cristian, and Jorge did a great job bringing this project to life with all of Sea Pointe’s trade partners. The Cabinet team, John, Erik and Shane, did exceptional detailed work installing the home cabinetry.
Together, the Sea Pointe team fostered open and honest communication. They approached challenges with collaborative problem-solving , ensuring that the project stayed on track while maintaining a high quality build.

We are so very happy with our home renovation! From start to finish, the Seapointe team did an excellent job making our vision a reality. Our renovation journey began about a year ago when we had another slab leak in our 43 year old home. This prompted us to get our whole house re-piped. As you can imagine, there were holes all over the house, so there’s no better time than now to get the renovation of our dreams started.
First, we attended a breakfast meet and greet event with the Seapointe Designers. We were paired with our designer, Jacqueline Fortezzo, who helped us through each step. Several meetings later, she had color renderings for us to review before construction started.
Second, we set a start date and met with our project manager, Chris Cerretani, who was able to work directly with our HOA rep. He was super-efficient with weekly communication on the progress of our renovation.
Third, the construction team: Danny, Jose, Rudy, Ryan, Eric, John and Shane ---ALL went above and beyond to reinvent our home!

Sea Pointe proved to be an excellent all in one design/ build company. Would recommend for anyone in need of A-Z design to build services. Their designers are knowledgeable particularly in the areas of kitchen / bath renovations. Their showroom in Irvine and 3D rendering services were a plus in finalizing our selections prior to construction. We had a very tight timeline for construction and redesigned our bathrooms last minute which might have thrown off our completion date but Janna (designer) and our project lead Chris kept us on track and we completed on time. Both bathrooms are absolutely beautiful and the company is true to its word on punch list and warranty. As with any new construction project there are always minor post construction items and Sea Pointe has been quick to remedy these things which were totally minor. The only item(s) that they could improve upon are interior paint and budget transparency. Neither of these deal killers but simply things that would make them even better!
