We decided to hired Greater Pacific Construction after interviewing multiple general contractors in Orange County area. The reason we decided to go with them was because they listened carefully to my needs and ideas. They didn’t just push a standard plan but took the time to understand how I wanted the space to function. The designer proposed creative, cost-effective solutions that really maximized the space—recommendations that I hadn’t even considered but ended up loving. They helped me navigate through the zoning laws and regulations, ensuring that we were in full compliance with local codes and that we didn’t run into any surprises down the road..

From the very beginning, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The project manager Lawrence was incredibly responsive, answering my questions promptly and always providing detailed updates. Whether it was a minor issue or a significant decision, they made sure to communicate all details thoroughly.

Their construction team was meticulous. Every detail was executed with precision, from the foundational work to the interior finishes. The framing was straight and true, the insulation was installed with care for both soundproofing and energy efficiency, and the electrical and plumbing systems were done to perfection. The roofing and siding were done well and on time, providing not only a clean, sharp look but also built to withstand the elements for years to come.

The interior finishes were just as impressive. The team sourced high-quality materials for the kitchen and bathrooms, which now look amazing. The Vinyl floors are flawless, the custom cabinetry is both beautiful and functional, and the lighting fixtures were chosen to enhance the overall design without breaking the budget. I also appreciated that they went the extra mile with energy efficient windows and HVAC, which will save me money in the long run.

What really stood out was how well Greater Pacific Construction managed the project schedule. Despite a few weather delays early on, the team stuck to the timeline as much as possible. They completed the build in 4 months (as initially estimated) and stayed on budget, something that can be rare in the construction world as I was told by friends and family. There were no surprise costs or unexpected changes, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Once the ADU was finished, the team conducted a through out final inspection and made sure everything was up to code, including having all necessary inspections signed off by the city etc. They made a point to walk me through every aspect of the build to ensure I understood how everything worked and how to maintain the space. Their attention to detail was apparent in the small things—the clean-up after construction was impeccable, and they even touched up a few paint spots I hadn’t noticed.

The final result is a gorgeous ADU that blends seamlessly with the rest of my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Not only does it provide me with the additional income as I rent it, but the design is modern, efficient, and incredibly well-built. Every guest who sees it is blown away by how professional and polished it looks. It has definitely increased the value of my property, and it’s also an incredibly functional and comfortable space for a tenant.

We contracted Greater Pacific Construction to build us an Auxiliary Dwelling Unit on our property in Orange. The project involved, major grading, and site work. As we were going along in the design process, we realized that we prefer our ADU to be attached to our existing residence. Astounding company to work with which showe chose Casco contractors based on recommendations based on rescue recommendations from some of our friends. Our friends recommend that we get in direct contact with Cheryl who is the owner, Sheryl who was the owner and I understand she's a very busy lady however she was very pleasant and took her time to walk us through our project and get everything started for what we needed to get accomplished in remodeling our outdated call center. Everybody involved in this project the GM to Jessica Jessica to everybody else that we had to be in contact with was above and beyond and beyond in terms of service and very courteous yes and honestly happy to have our business. This was not a very large budget job however their attention to detail made it fell so comfortable and we will be sure to recommend them in the future

I have never posted a review but I had to do it for Casco Contractors. Construction can be tricky and costly. I was getting the run around with other construction companies until I found Casco Contractors. They helped me build my urgent care center. From the start the company was very responsive and easy to reach. Cassidy and Scott made the perfect team. I found this company online (got lucky). Cassidy showed up following day and was able to get me a quote within couple of days. I gave Cassidy a ball park as to what I can afford and she was able to work with me and cut costs and get me into my range. Cassidy and Scott got the project completed within 90 days and we were able to get my final city approval. Amazing team. I already referred them to my friends and will be using them again for future urgent care projects. Once again thank you Cassidy and Scott!! Greatly appreciate you both.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have used Sea Pointe (full kitchen remodel a few years ago and now a kitchen restoration job due to a pipe burst in our wall). My experience with Sea Point has been excellent, rewarding and fun. My design team, Robert and Cynthia, got me. That's not easy because I am kind of off the wall with my design choices. They guided me to a wonderful finish. My guys, Eddy, Cristian, and Antonio, led by Dane, were professional, courteous, hard working, and great company. They showed up every morning at 7:30 and left a clean work space each day by 4:00. My experience was so rewarding that I am going forward with phase two this summer.

Just finished a bath remodel with SeaPointe. From my first meeting with our designer Cheryl to each phase of the project, everything was completed to the highest standards. Marcos worked meticulously on each part of the project, and our new bathroom is a show stopper.

Sea Pointe was hired to provide design build services` for a complete master bath remodel, renovations to two secondary bathrooms, installation of two barn door style closet doors, floating office shelves and built in pullout boxed kitchen drawers.
The Sea Pointe designer was instrumental in providing very attractive and functional options to choose from for all aspects of the project. The project construction lead kept the day to day progress of installation moving forward in a timely manner. Our Project Manager provided oversight of the construction while ensuring design concepts were incorporated.

She quickly tuned into who we are, championed the things we felt strongly about, and made the call on the things we didn’t. She has impeccable taste, infectious enthusiasm, and made every step fun.

Dane, our project manager, deserves every bit as much praise. From the very first construction meeting, it was clear how much he genuinely cared—not just about the project, but about us and our home. He approached everything with such heart, attention to detail, and kindness. Dane was incredibly organized, responsive, and transparent.

It felt like a family reunion every time Janna, Dane and we met on-site—fun, collaborative, and so rewarding to see the progress together.

We also want to thank all the hands-on team members: Eddie, Jorge, Antonio, Cristian, and our cabinet crew—John, Erik, and Shane. Their craftsmanship and dedication are reflected in every detail. We’ll admit, we were so excited about seeing the progress that we’d pop in on site visits whenever we could, and every single time we felt genuinely welcome. These guys became part of our little family—they never minded us dropping by and took so much pride in the work they were doing. It meant so much to us to feel that genuine connection and enthusiasm from everyone involved.

We can honestly say we could not be happier with our “forever” home. Sea Pointe captured our vision and perfected it. We couldn’t recommend Janna, Dane, and the entire Sea Pointe team more highly. We just completed our kitchen and living room remodel with Sea Pointe. We are very happy with the final product.

Sea Pointe made the process easy and straight forward. As a design-build, they handled everything for our project from design, permitting, procurement, demo, and construction.

We loved working with our designers Aaron and Natalie. We had a good idea of what we wanted but they pushed us to really elevate the design and to add some show stopping details.

During the construction process our project manager Chris kept us updated on the daily construction activities. He let us know as soon as possible about any construction issues and our options to resolve them. This helped to keep the project on schedule and budget. He also coordinated all of the permitting and sign-offs from the city.
It was a pleasure working with Chris.

We loved working with John and Erik. They did a fantastic job with new mantle and wood detail above our fireplace. In addition, the built a fantastic divider for our loft area. The carpentry detail and craftsmanship are amazing.

The Sea Pointe construction crew was great. Danny, Rudy, Jose, Ryan, and Shane were on time and treated our house like their own. They kept the site clean and organized throughout the construction. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Sea Pointe Construction was nothing but amazing to work with. Having done a major remodel that was a nightmare prior to this, you always go into projects a bit skeptical. From start to finish the experience with Sea Pointe Construction was a breeze. We had a large window in the front of our house removed and the wall opened up to add a large open door. While it was a small project, it was right in the front and central part of my house. The project came in on time! Also I can't say enough about how professional and kind their crew was. They were always very conscious of not being too loud, making sure things were clean and there was minimum impact to us as the home owners. They always showed up on time when they said they would and they really made the whole experience easy! I would recommend Sea Pointe Construction to anyone looking for any size remodel.

Sea Pointe is an amazingly well run company. We had a full bathroom remodel and had a great experience. Johnny Jesse and James were phenomenal. Our designer James made excellent suggestions, the project manager Johnny ensured the project finished early, and Jesse was a jack of all trades on site. I’d recommend Sea Pointe to anyone looking for a top notch remodel. They were conscious of my budget but I would say their focus is on the best product rather than dollars and cents. I would still definitely use them again as they were well worth the cost. They never missed a deadline or made a mistake.
