If you have seen the gorgeous kitchens that Sea Pointe Construction creates, you know why they are ranked in the top 2% of design/build construction companies in the U.S. The owners and employees are extremely professional, and they do some of the most beautiful, high quality remodeling and construction work in Orange County. They also have a long history of giving back to the Orange County community! I was lucky to work with Sea Pointe Construction and the Thomas House Family Shelter in Garden Grove as part of a design/build project where Sea Pointe Construction donated, designed and installed top-quality Omega cabinetry to the shelter and coordinated a donation drive with Sea Pointe Construction clients to give furniture and other goods to the shelter. They even set up a food collection box at their Irvine Design Showroom to collect food donations for the shelter. The kitchen that Sea Pointe Construction designed for the shelter was even featured on KTLA 5 News! It is beautiful, and I know it will help homeless families at the shelter feel more at home as they get back on their feet. I would choose Sea Pointe Construction for my next remodeling project based on the quality of their work alone, but their kindness and commitment to the community is the cherry on top!

The greatest decision we ever made was choosing Sea Pointe for our kitchen remodel. For such a disruptive project, we wanted to choose a team that could make everything as easy and simple as possible and that's is exactly what they did. From start to finish, Ray, Jaimie, Skyler, Leo, and the rest of the team made our lives easy as they handles EVERYTHING. We just sat back and relaxed. I would absolutely go with Sea Point for any future projects we have yet to manifest!

Seapointe did an amazing job with our master bathroom and closet remodel! Antionio, Cristian and Jorge did a great job bringing this project to life. As production manager, Dane was always accessible and on top of every phase. He really went above and beyond.

They made great use of space and everything is well-constructed and high quality. Shout out to John, Erik and Shane for the great job with cabinetry also. I love it ALL but esp my master closet. Jaqueline helped me choose a unique and feminine wallpaper while also being super kind and accommodating some of our changes along the way.
We Really appreciate everyone at Seapointe and their professionalism. Highly recommend !!

After much research I decided to go with Sea Pointe for my two bathroom remodels and added on my kitchen remodel as well. Phase one is complete and I couldn't be more happy with the craftsman work, level of detail, follow through and communication. Melissa Zadoorian created the design and worked hand in hand with me for my vision. It turned out amazing. Marc Palazzo the project manager always communicated and answered my phone calls! His team of Jack, Ben and Adrian were amazing. Dedicated, highly skilled workers, who are also very cleanly and always made sure things were good before they ended the day. Phase two to begin soon and I can't wait. Highly recommend Sea Pointe.

We did a kitchen remodel minus cabinetry. We knew what we were looking for in the design and materials. We used Sea Point because our friends had a good experience with them. We worked with Aaron Grim, Cynthia Ortega, Jennie and Elias and they made it all come together. Absolutely love our new updated kitchen…..makes us happy.

We just completed a remodel that included replacing carpet and stone flooring with porcelain tile, a complete replacement of kitchen cabinets and appliances, raising a ceiling, plumbing fixtures, and a few other smaller things. Sea Pointe did a great job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them anyone thinking of this kind of project. Our designer, Allison, was a great help with materials selection, and put together the overall contract. The project was well-run by Marc with lots of communication, and Jack helped to coordinate. A special thanks to Ben, who was a regular on-site day-to-day, taking care of anything that needed to be done. Anytime you start opening up ceilings and walls there are going to be surprises, but they were all handled efficiently, and Sea Pointe’s coordination between various sub-contractors was very smooth. This was our third project using Sea Pointe, and we had great results each time.

    Love Sea Pointe!
They brought my home back to life after a nightmare experience with a previous contractor, and I’m beyond grateful I found them. They truly cared about their work, their clients, and every detail — I would absolutely trust them again.

I hired Sea Pointe after a former contractor completely demolished my house and left it in chaos with no real plan or accountability. I couldn’t even live in the home for over a year. Sea Pointe came in and not only fixed the damage — they completely transformed the space. They were worth every penny for the professionalism, structure, and peace of mind they provided.

Everything was done right — in writing, with organized accounting, permits handled, and great communication. My remodel was originally supposed to include just the kitchen, master bathroom, and flooring, but due to the earlier damage, nearly the entire house had to be redone. Sea Pointe worked with me to adjust the scope to fit my budget while still delivering quality and care.

Their team and subcontractors were consistently professional, respectful, and trustworthy. I felt totally comfortable having them in and out of my home, even when no one was there.

    Huge thanks to:
    • Janna (Designer): Completely understood my vision and budget, kept everything aligned, and was someone I deeply trusted throughout the process — and such a great person.
    • Ray (Project Manager): Always available to answer questions and explain things clearly.
    • Mike (Estimator): Walked me through how to even begin tackling a job of this size and stress.
    • The Founder and President of Sea Pointe, who both came to the house at the end of the project — it was truly meaningful that they took the time to visit.
    • The amazing field crew:
Collin, Leo, Skyler, and Adrian (Craftsmen)
    Antonio (Tile)
    Erik and John (Cabinetry)
    — All incredibly skilled, kind, friendly, and respectful. Their attention to detail and pride in their work made a huge difference, and it shows in the final result.

Sea Pointe was the bright spot at the end of a very tough chapter. I’m so thankful I found a team I could trust to bring my home back to life — thank you again for everything!

We hired Sea Pointe for our Master Bathroom Remodel.
It was Mike for Design and Chris for Project Manager, along with many others that made up a great team. Their contractors did a fantastic job too! We did an almost total remodel of our Master Bathroom and it went from a 25yr. old look to an updated beautiful hotel/spa look that I wanted.
As with every project there were a few bumps in the road, but with Sea Pointes attentiveness and expertise in matters everything went well and our bathroom is STUNNING!!
Also being a Design/Build company they took care of everything, so that made it simple for us. We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next project with Sea Pointe.

For the third time, we hired Sea Pointe for a remodeling project. Our first two projects were at our previous home over 12 years ago. We did a large kitchen remodel as well as a bathroom project. Recently we bought a home which needed a Kitchen remodel. We worked with our previous designer Carolyn. As expected, Sea Pointe did not disappoint. Our project manager Paul and our designer collaborated with the Sea Pointe team to bring us a beautiful kitchen. Paul did such an amazing job running the job efficiently that he finished our project 3 weeks ahead of schedule! The craftsmen on our project included Roger, Eric, Shane and Ben. They were all courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Sea Pointe for any home remodeling project. Thank you for my beautiful kitchen.
    We love it.

We used Sea Pointe Construction for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. What's great about Sea Pointe is they're a design/build. We didn't have to search for a designer which was awesome. Our designer was James Bailey and he did a phenomenal job helping us put our thoughts together to build a kitchen and bathroom the way we envisioned. Our project manager, Jude York, was well organized and always communicating with us day or night. Their work is amazing and we are extremely happy the way it turned out. If I have any criticism, you pay for what you get. We could have done the remodel for less, however, we decided to select Sea Pointe for their design/build opportunity and keep everything in-house. Well done!

We have done a number of home improvement projects over the years. In this case we renovated two bathrooms in our home. Our experience with Sea Pointe was among the best. From the start, we found everyone to be very professional. The design team of Cynthia and Robert offered good ideas and were mindful of managing the budget. The field team led by Project Manager Jim Matthews were punctual and a pleasure to work with. They took great care to protect our home from dust and any potential damage as our project was on two floors of our home. The quality of the work performed by Pat, David and Jack was top-notch. They were very good at soliciting our opinion on various aspects of the project so that things were done right the first time. Without hesitation, they addressed any issues that we saw as the work progressed. We were also impressed with Erik and Shane who did the cabinet work for our project. Sea Pointe also handled the permitting process and inspections with the city without a hitch. I think you will find Sea Pointe is not the least expensive option, but we felt the investment we made paid returns in quality, ease of conducting the project and getting the work done in a timely way. Above all, the people were worked with were professional and just nice people who were in our home every day for the time it took to complete the work. We would recommend Sea Pointe Construction to anyone considering a home construction project or renovation.

We hired Sea Pointe to remodel our kitchen, bathroom, bar area, laundry room, and to do some work in the family room as well. Embarking on such a large job was a first for us, but on our first morning in our new house a year ago we experienced a slab leak and much of the first floor had to be ripped out to re-pipe the house. Quite the introduction to California, right? We went through a long process of interviewing contractors and to our surprise, decided on Sea Pointe with no other good choices. It’s not that the Sea Pointe decision was surprising, but how could it be that having spoken to so many contractors, there were no others we trusted with this job? Well, with the others, they either lacked the experience, worked with lower quality products, or we just plain did not like or trust them. (There was the business owner/designer who at the height of Covid did not use a mask in his own showroom or even in our house!)

Sea Pointe was a good decision for us. Carolyn, our designer, thought outside the box and came up with a workable and beautiful design for us. Robert, our construction manager, always kept me in the loop and let me know what to expect and when it would happen. He was caring and easy to deal with, understanding and helping me work through my anxiety about such a big project. And the workers were respectful and competent. Jorge did a great job installing appliances and on much of the finish work, and he did it with a smile. Jimmy always worked hard on whatever he was doing and like Jorge, made the effort to please me, which I appreciated. Hymie (not sure whether he worked for Sea Pointe or the drywall sub) worked harder than anybody I have seen in my life; really, this was someone whose work ethic was extraordinary.

Overall, everyone who worked at my home made the effort to be quiet, respectful, and capable, as well as kind. I truly felt like my voice was being heard in this process.

And my kitchen is drop dead gorgeous now. The rest is, too.

We recently finished a master bath remodel with Sea Pointe and are beyond impressed with the finished product. We highly recommend their services.

They will not be your cheapest bid and likely your most expensive. However, the initial contract they provide is EXTREMELY detailed and accounts for every last item needed to do the project, and they stick to it. The change orders we encountered were just for our own additions to the projects as we went along, everything else was done and charged exactly per the contract. With our prior projects, this often wasn’t the case as “surprises” were added to the cost along the way, so consider that when comparing their bid to lower bids. Also, do not underestimate the amount of time and money a designer would charge that is included within this budget. We leaned very heavily on our designer Janna throughout the process, and in the past that has of course been charged hourly by an independent designer and it WILL add up.

With the high cost came very high expectations, and they were met in every way. The finished product is just stunning. The design is gorgeous and timeless (thank you Janna!). From Janna’s first visit to the project to see the site, she completely reimagined the space (the shower in particular) in a way we and a handful of other designers had not. The shower design element makes the room. Janna understood our rather expensive taste (so. much. marble.) but found us relatively cost effective ways to including that in the project while saving in other areas to make it all come together in our budget.

The transition from Janna’s design phase to the construction phase under the expert eye of Jude was seamless and professional. Janna did not disappear! She regularly checked in and helped with various stages like tile layout, paint colors, fixture placement, and on and on. She was very accessible through the whole project with a quick email or text to answer questions before they became problems. (As mentioned earlier, we relied on her heavily and her design and continued input along the way was worth every penny.) Jude was our project manager and so incredibly capable, patient, noncomplaining, hardworking and just all-around good person. He always came up with a creative solution to issues that would arise, and always assured things were done with top-quality workmanship.

We had one major issue with the shower tile which was caused by a faulty marble tile being shipped from the manufacturer. Jude, Janna and Sea Pointe addressed the issue and handled the matter with their tile supplier and had the entire shower replaced mostly at the tile manufacturer’s cost. It was quite an ordeal but we were extremely impressed with how Sea Pointe worked and put their name on the line to make things right. I can’t think of another contractor who would have gone to the lengths they did to fix the problem.

While all the employees were hardworking and skilled, Antonio stands out as the best contractor we have every worked with. And we’ve done a lot of projects and worked with a lot of people. For starters, he can do and fix anything along the way. But his skill with the tile layouts is honestly pure artistry. So, when we had to have the shower redone, we insisted it was done by none other than Antonio himself and he did not disappoint with the most beautiful shower. His attention to detail is truly incredible.

In addition to the skill of all of these employees, without exception they were all wonderful, good people that were a pleasure to have in our home. Antonio is always smiling and sang while he created his MASTERPIECE shower. It really makes a difference to the day in and day out going through a project when the employees are happy, good people. We did find out that Sea Pointe takes care of their employees with full benefits and it shows. Another point to consider when considering bids – you are hiring a company that does the right thing by its employees. You won’t regret it.

The team from Sea Point, that worked on my remodeling, were excellent. All of them were professional and experienced. The design, produced by Natalie and Aaron, exceeded all my expectations. My project manager Dane, kept the job on schedule and provided me with weekly updates. His crew of skilled craftsmen, Antonio, Christian and Eddie, were a pleasure to converse with daily. All arrived promptly each and everyday, putting in a full days work of astonishing skill and competence. Should you decide to move forward with Sea Point on a project, I highly recommend requesting the team I worked with. Lea Ann Miller

    Master Bathroom Remodel

We chose Sea Pointe Construction for our project mainly because they are a design-to-build company. We are really happy with that decision! Natalie was the designer, guiding us through all of the many choices. Briana was the project manager keeping us updated and on-track with the timeline. Mike Rogers was her main guy. Antonio and Ryan did the plumbing and framing. Dane and Luke did cabinet installation. Shane did set-up and tear down. Every one of the crew was professional and respectful of us and our home. It was obvious they took a lot of pride in their work. As hectic as remodels can be, we always felt we were in good hands.

If I could select more than 5 stars, I would! Our kitchen and bathroom remodel were not only painless but ended up exceeding our expectations. I work from home and seriously was not disturbed at all by the construction / remodel! Carolyn, our designer, was able to truly understand the aesthetic we wanted and presented us with gorgeous tile, countertop, cabinets, etc options. Everyone who steps into the kitchen says "wow, this is amazing". Jim, our project manager, executed flawlessly. I appreciated the calendar in the portal and his frequent text/call/in person project updates. His teams are not only expert craftsmen, but artist and magicians :-) . The whole team is very professional and thoughtful. Jack and Marcos did perfect plumbing (and much more), Ralph and Roger nailed the drywall and carpentry, and Luke's expert door work is stunning. I think I have told Carolyn and Jim that everything they've done is truly a gift. We will enjoy sharing our remodeled home with friends and family for years to come! PS. Thanks for working around the cats! :-)

I hired Seapointe to remodel my kitchen after struggling to pick the right materials on my own and coordinate vendors individually. It was seamless with the Seapointe team from day 1. Jenna was my designer and immediately understood the aesthetic I wanted. Her suggestions were on point. The install team (Robert, Antonio and Jorge) was very professional, respectful and detail oriented. Robert kept me informed every step of the way and was very responsive when I had questions. I plan to hire them again when I’m ready to remodel my master bath and powder room.

We used Seapointe to remodel our master bathroom and we are very happy with our experience. We had never remodeled before and everyone was so helpful during the entire process. Jenna was our designer and we loved her. She understood what we wanted and designed it exactly how we wanted it. All the materials she showed us fit into the aesthetic and price range that we were looking for. Seapointe didn’t begin the project until all our materials had arrived and were in the warehouse, which we appreciated because there wasn’t any lag time once the remodel began. Bryce was our project manager and he did a fantastic job. He was very organized, communicative, and detail oriented. We appreciated how he took care of everything and made sure the job ran efficiently. If a problem arose, he was on site almost immediately and made sure it was resolved quickly. The team who worked on our bathroom: Adrian, Roger, Jimmy, Cody, Antonio, and Rafael were friendly, dedicated, and very good at their crafts. Everything turned out beautifully.
Seapointe is not going to be your cheapest bid, but you are paying for high-quality work, craftsmanship, and materials. We definitely would use Seapointe in the future, especially if it meant working with Bryce and Jenna again.

SeaPointe is number one in my book. They did an amazing job with a difficult home. They helped to keep the 70's vibe and update it. I am so happy. Thanks to all of the people who worked so hard to prefect my remodel. Jack, Marcos, Roger, Pat, Cody, Aaron, Natalie, Jim and all the behind the scenes employees. You all rock!
