Installed solar panels back in October 2022 with Paragon. Very happy with the outcome. Cori has been guided me throughout the process and very responsive to any questions/concerns either by email or text or phone. Highly recommended to use Paragon for solar installation. It is a turnkey solution including permitting with city and SCE application. I only did the HOA approval which is very easy to do.

It was a pleasure to work with Cori. She answers all the questions and the work was on time and professionally done.
I will recommend ParagonSun if you want quality solar panels . We went for REC 400 and we got 25 year’s warranty from REC plus we got SolarInsure warranty for extra protection.

I contacted a bunch of companies ahead of the NEM 3.0 deadline and had my fair share of aggressive sales tactics, people that weren’t paying attention to detail, and overpriced quotes. But when I found Cori at Paragon Sun, there was immediate relief and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. If anything, she was able to educate me and didn’t oversell me on anything I didn’t need! She even sent her team to confirm details of my roof because I live in a new construction and the satellite imagery wasn’t accurate. The install ended up taking more time than initially planned due to rain and new regulations, but Victor and Cori kept me updated every step of the way and I felt confident that they were taking care of the details. They even helped me to get approval with my very strict HOA! Overall, great experience and I’m happy with my decision to get additional panels and a battery with Paragon Sun!

We decided to get solar panels as NEM 2.0 was going to expire in few months. That means we need to go through the process quickly and smoothly, and hence have to work with a reliable company that can help us move through the motions.
We selected ParagonSun and worked with Cori. She explained the process from a-z, answered all our questions and was even able to schedule our installment very quickly.
On day of installment, the team arrived on time and completed their job that same day.
Even after installment, Cori has been there when we have questions or concerns.
We recently had a minor issue and Cori was very responsive and helpful. Her team came to resolve the issue almost immediately after we identify the root cause.

Cori at Paragon was wonderful. She helped find the correct replacement panels since my existing panels were not available. The repair team was very efficient, calling when they were on their way. They were professional and answered all of my questions. They replace 4 panels and made sure they were working before they left. So glad I found such a reputable company.

The whole experience was great! The salesperson was not too gimmicky and could answer all my questions. They worked hard to find special clips for my standing aluminum roof in order to not drill in to my roof. The price was the best out of the 5+ companies I got quotes from and they helped manage all of the paperwork with the city and the electrical company. Customer service was phenomenal! I needed to replace an Enphase microinverter on my old (10+ years) PV system, but my original installer/maintainer had gone out of business. I called several other companies asking if they would take over as my system maintainer, but they would only work on systems they had installed themselves. In contrast, ParagonSun stepped in as my new maintainer and quickly installed a replacement mincroinverter that Enphase had already mailed to me under warranty. The installer, Marvin, arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and efficient. Probably because my system is so ancient, there was a glitch after the installation, but it was quickly resolved when I reported it. My contact at ParagonSun, Cori Larsen, was very knowledgable and exceptionally responsive, both before and after the invoice was paid. I contacted her a handful of times, and she replied quickly, by the end of the day (within the hour in a couple of cases). THE best customer service I’ve had from any company within memory. ParagonSun’s service call charge was pretty high ($475), but for such excellent service was worth every penny.

We recently completed our Solar Conversion and had a fantastic experience. The team at Paragon were on top of everything from day one to ensure we met the date we needed. They were always available to answer our 100000 questions throughout the process and kept us informed along the way.

As part of our work we also needed some roofing and a new box to handle the new system. They set us up with some great roofers and an awesome electrician and it was all smooth and enjoyable.

Our system is up and working great and Im already saving money on my electric bills and reducing my carbon footprint.

I need some help with my solar panels. There are so few reliable companies out there but fortunately I came across ParagonSun. She did not rush me through the process and took as much time as needed to help walk me through the process and discover what my needs were for our new solar system. I recently completed an upgrade of my 15 year old solar system at my home in Los Angeles and utilized Paragon Sun for the project. Unlike a new install, there were challenges with my aging system that required merging my two separate systems into one. Paragon Sun planned everything in detail, and ordered all the hardware to insure compatibility. The system included a battery, combiner, and system controller. The project was designed to code and Paragon submitted the proposal to LADWP which issued a permit in approximately six weeks. The actual install was done by two very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced technicians. The job took 3 days. I can now follow my solar production daily on a sophisticated app on my iPhone. The staff at Paragon Sun were superb, responded quickly to several of my inquiries, and were always professional. I was extremely pleased with the company and the final outcome. They are the real deal; a 5 star company. I recommend them without reservation.

I've had the pleasure of working with Cori on our solar with backup battery design and installation and we are thoroughly impressed with Cori and her team of installers. They've all been amazing, efficient, and most importantly the installation is absolutely quality work. Once we were up and running after SCE's approval, my home's been powered mostly by solar and the battery packs. On heavier days with ev charging, there's an expected increase in grid power usage (mainly during off peak which is when we charge our EVs), but as long as our peak daytime grid chargers are minimized to eliminated, this will greatly improve our bill.

We absolutely recommend working with Cori and ParagonSun.

Paragon deserves a 5 star review. I’ve had my solar for 5-6 years and I’ve been extremely happy with it. Recently my monitoring system went down and Cori from Paragon worked with me for several weeks troubleshooting the errors and trying to fix it. We were unable to fix it so she had me order a replacement system for roughly $600 from Amazon. It showed up within 5 days, I had my service call today and the professionals did a great job installing a new one, dealing with the winds, loving on my dogs and got me up and monitoring again.
