We were also thankful for her explanation on the longevity of certain panels and the difference in continued care that some companies provide vs. others.

We had a really good experience with ParagonSun installing solar at our home. The whole team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and kept us updated along the way, which made the process a lot less stressful.

Installation went smoothly, and they were very helpful with follow ups like documents, photos, and getting the monitoring app set up.

The only thing we struggled with was the waiting time for SCE approvals but that part was out of everyone’s control.

Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend ParagonSun.

Worst financial mistake I ever made. The rep who sold us the solar used a selling point that we would get 14,000 back from our taxes if we purchased solar through them using the HERO program. When I did my taxes and found out that wasn't true, I asked our rep about it and her response was "well, I am not a tax expert" She also told me our system was offline but it most likely was a wifi error and would correct itself and I ended up with a $5000 electricity bill. This system would have cost me $100,000 if I kept my house for the length of the contract, but I sold my house (and the solar added no value to the sale). Find a better solar company who doesn't just want to rip people off.

Paragon sun did what they said they would do. Honest and upfront pricing. The industry is filled with shady sales people trying to make a quick buck on homeowners, but Cory was thorough and straightforward throughout the process.

Very professional staff. Sales rep was not pushy at all and gave me space. She was very patient and helped me do my own research. She provided valuable information without resorting to sales tricks. The installation was smooth once all the permits and scheduling was cleared away. The team encountered some problems and had to add more equipment, but they did not go back on their word. The system has been working great for a few months now and I’m very happy with their post installation support.

I had been shopping for solar panels for a while. I do a lot of research before I commit to a purchase, needless to say, I had more questions than the typical buyer. My sales person, Cori, was very eager to explain the installation process and answer all of my questions. She put me at ease. She literally took control of the process and left nothing for me to worry about. As happy as I was, my wife was happier because everything went very smoothly and i didnt have any stresses.

ParagonSun did a great job installing our solar system, even though we had some hiccups along the way because our electrical panels are inside our home . We've had our solar panels for about 4 months now, and the savings has been close to what ParagonSun estimated our bill to be. Best part of all, is that we get to enjoy our AC without the worry of paying too much money for our electrical bill. Thank you Guys!!!
