I think I called 12 different solar companies to try to get someone out to help me fix our system. The company we hired to install solar went bankrupt, leaving all of us high and dry without the warranty they promised.

Paragon promptly returned. My call showed up when it was promised, went above and beyond to solve my issue. They even scheduled a follow up call a week after our appointment to confirm that everything was working perfectly.

I will gladly use Paragon for any issue I have. Their team is professional, prompt, and reliable. I only wish I found them sooner.

We decided to get solar to help reduce our electricity cost.
After getting a few quotes, we selected ParagonSun. This was such a great experience from start to finish. Cori and her team were easy to reach and gave us all the information we needed to understand the process and make a decision. We had so many questions (roof replacement, tax incentives, interconnection agreement, battery, etc.) and they were with us at each step of the way. We also did not feel pressured to make a decision quickly which was not the case with the other companies we contacted.
The installation was scheduled quickly after signing the contract. The team arrived on time and completed the job within 2 days.
The entire experience was very pleasant and we are very satisfied with the result. I strongly recommend this company and would definitely go with them again in the future.

We decided to get solar and a backup battery installed late 2021 to help reduce our electric cost and provide backup power for outages as we both work from home. Its been a few months since the installation was completed. Which was great timing for the current heat waves and power outages. We worked with Paragon from start to finish on our solar and battery system and they were outstanding. Paragons staff was attentive, built a system to our needs, and continued to provide service and support at a high level even months after our installation. For example, just a few days before the heat wave started a SoCal Edison tech came to upgrade our electric meter. During that process he had disconnected our battery system leaving us with no backup! After seeing what happened we called Paragon Sun for support and they had a technician out promptly! They got our system back up and running just in time as the next day power went out for our neighborhood. Fortunately for us, my wife and I, were able to continue to work with our A/C running and had no interruptions to our power. I am so happy we went with Paragon, and I would highly recommend anyone considering getting solar / battery for their home.

The solar company that I had originally contracted to install my solar went BK right after they installed my panels. They were not able to get my final inspection card which I needed to submit to SCE. I spent 2 years trying to litigate against them but to no avail. I ended up connecting with Cori from ParagonSun and she guided me through the permit process with the city and how to get my solar plans updated so I could finish the permit process as the homeowner. So I am happy to say we just got our final inspection and our system is now fully permitted. I could not have finished the permit process and plans submittal process without her help. This is a GREAT company. ParaganSun is a relatively small company, so when you are working with them, you are talking to someone who knows what they are doing and can make and implement decisions. All work was done as scheduled for the agreed cost. The workmanship was excellent and accommodated my location concerns. What is especially gratifying about the team is that they really know what they are doing and provide clear and coherent responses to my questions. If you are planning to do solar in Orange County, ParaganSun is the company you should chose for your job.

Our PV array was installed by Altair Solar, who are no longer in busines. Recently, one of the micro-inverters stopped working. We contacted ParagonSun (PS) in Irvine to request help. PS were extremely helpful and efficient. We provided them access to monitor our PV system via the manufacturer of the system - Enphase. After doing so, PS contacted Enphase to request a replacement micro-inverter under warranty. After the micro-inverter was delivered, PS made a service call to replace the dead micro-inverter. During the visit, they also inspected our junction boxes and drilled holes in the bottom of each junction box to allow any water to drain - an electrical code change since our system was installed.

PS communicated clearly. Both the company and Willie, the technician who performed the repair, were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. During the visit, Willie also addressed my questions about the benefit of installing a battery system to capture excess production for use after sunset rather than sending it back to the grid. In addition to installation and maintenance of PV arrays, PS also install storage battery and EV chargers.

Really good group of guys. I had a special request to enable a horse ring under a SCEdison 220KV line and they took care of the grounding requirements in short order. Passed the inspection without question.

This review is for Indelcor Electric who has been contracted to replace the residential breaker panels in a 404 unit complex in Culver City. This review is based on the installation of my unit, my neighbors unit that I manage as well as other units in the complex that other neighbors have been complaining. When they installed the unit, they drilled holes so far through the wall it damaged the dry wall in the other room. They left a hole in the wall that was about 3x12" and when I brought it to their attention, they said we were responsible for their damage. They also leave you front door open the entire day while they are repairing the other units on the other floors. When I brought it to their attention, they said "well no one broke in and stole anything". They are the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever met. The city inspector has been receiving multiple calls regarding this company. I would not recommend this company.
