I purchased a Mercedes-branded charger for my electric vehicle. Unsure who to turn to for installation, I leveraged QMerit. The installation was fantastic!! Executed timely. Reasonable price. Qualified installers. They followed my cities permit process to a tee. And they found a terrific solution to safely installing it on an undersized panel. Don’t hesitate to call them.

Great installation of our EV charger. The installers were on time and were personable, courteous, and professional. All the work was done with attention to detail and all of the work was checked thoroughly before leaving. And, the installers cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.

I got several quotes for L2 chargers. This was not only one of the least expensive, the guys gave me good advice to keep me from spending too much (I was thinking of getting two put in). Worked with my current electrical system. Installation started right on time, finished right on time. Guys were so professional, neat and curteous. I really appreciate it!

Qmerit handled the EV charger and install process for my Mustang Mach E thru the Ford Power Promise program. Honestly at first I was skeptical and thought there would be some catch along the way. I can honestly say there was no catch. Qmerit provided the $1,300 charger along with contracting a local electrician (who did a great/clean install) and all I paid out of pocket was a permit fee. Outstanding job all the way.

From the moment I reached out to Qmerit through a Lowe’s link for my Tesla Universal Wall Connector installation, the communication was smooth and professional. What stood out most was Qmerit’s commitment to connecting customers with reputable electrical companies that deliver quality work at fair prices—no unnecessary upselling.

They recommended Michael’s Lightning for the installation, and I was very pleased with the technician’s professionalism. He took the time to walk me through the Tesla app and made sure I understood all the features I wasn’t familiar with. He was clean, organized, and respectful throughout the process.

However, I did notice one issue after the fact: the Wall Connector wasn’t installed in the center of the designated space. While it may seem minor, details like this matter—especially for customers who are excited about their new setup and may not catch such things right away. I’m mentioning this so Qmerit can emphasize to their contractors the importance of confirming placement with the customer before installation. A simple question—“Would you like it centered here?”—could make all the difference.

Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend Qmerit, but I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

The installer was early and arrived 30 minutes before the appointment window which is great! His name was Juan and he was very polite, professional, and completed the install in just under 1 hour which is impressive! He provided me the necessary information and materials to begin my EV journey.

Recently had a charger installed by Qmerit that contracted with an electrician to install. I live in an area that is ComEd. I am not able to get reimbursed for the installation because the installer that Qmerit contracted with is not ComEd certified anymore. Therefore, I am not able to get reimbursed the extra $580. Make sure the contractor used is approved and you are able to receive a refund if applicable to your situation.

Great customer service follow up with Qmerit. They reached out to me about the additional charge and we came to an agreement.

Soon after I registered with Qmerit for my fast-charger installation from Ford, it sent me emails in a timely manner, reminding me about the deadline for each step from survey to installation, making sure that I didn't fall through the cracks. The last step included placing the order for the equipment. I am glad I did it just in time. Qmerit sent the equipment immediately and alerted the installer in Maryland that covers our area, Precise Building Services, which did a fantastic job. The whole process has been a wonderful experience.

Touchstone Electrics Asheville was the final provider. Outstanding job! So nice guys! Very professional. 100% recommended.

QMerit made installing my EV charger so easy! They chose a great company for installation and all billing was done through QMerit. All I had to do was let the installer in the house and pay online! Highly recommend!

I was charged $2000 for an EV installation and I only received $500 in actual value. I have reported Qmerit to the state Attorney General's office and I'm hopeful that they will look into their activities and end this fraudulent conduct.

I wish it would let me give a minus 4 star. I got a quote of 1300 before I received the Ford promise credit. Then Qmerit sent out Mr. electric installers said 20 feet. then tried to up charge for extra 50 feet costing me out of pocket 2900 if I want ed them to install . All this took 3 weeks. Tried to tell qmerit that they were pulling some slick stuff. Finally qmerit wanted to send another electric company only charging me for the permits. I had to decline because already ordered wire, breaker and mounted charger. Total cost 400.00 and my time. I would never trust Qmerit to do any work at my home or their contractors. They are scamming Ford and fords clients. I hope they don't try to get a credit for our home and they did not do the job.

Overall good for experience but many goofs because qmerit works with a local contractor who really was hard to work with. Installation took only 1 hour once they finally started more than a month after purchasing the EV.

Brett and Hunter from DC Illuminations did an excellent job in installing my EV charger. Showed up on time, updated the assessment to get the charger installed based on realizing they could accommodate the electrical load in our current electric box (instead of doing a supplemental box at an additional $500 charge), made some adjustments to the current box to make sure it was in code, and put the charger installation in the location we preferred. I was really impressed by their work and customer friendly attitude. I would definitely work with them again.
