Recently got a Mustang Mach E which I love and Ford supplied the home charger and installation through Qmerit. We recently installed a generator for our home, so wanted to ensure the home charger was installed properly to work with our generator. We were thrilled to find out that our generator installer was also an improved home charger installer. They installed the Ford home charging station and did a fantastic job. They were able to place it where we wanted in the garage. It was a great experience from start to finish. All we had to pay for was the town permit and a surge protector for our generator.

The installation process was smooth and quick, the installer was professional and knowledgeable, finished the job in a timely manner also assist on how to use the charger on the mobile app. Tiffany Payne was very professional and a great helper. Tiffany helped escalate the process, and made sure I got the charger and installation in a very short time. Now I am so grateful to have the charger station at my house, it really did make a huge difference, my car went from taking 24+hrs to charge to just under 4hrs to get to 90-95%. At the end just want to say thank you to Qmerit Concierge Team.

Leased a 2025 Mustang Mach E.   Ford included a home charger with installation as part of the package. Qmerit did the install via DukeElectricLLC.  The installation was done quickly and competently without any issues. The installer (Joey) was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  Clearly he is a pro.  A local inspector came to examine the work and all went well. Great experience all around!

Had a 1500$ credit from GM to install an EV charger. Qmerit approved the slowest option on market for level 2 (7.7 kW/32-amp). This could have been done fo 600$ max. Now I have to redo the breakers and amps in the panel for a faster charger. Waste of money! Sounds like a third party that makes 60% profit without labor !

Qmerit did a very good job from the start of our EV charger installation. They always kept us updated on the next step of the process. They were certainly professional and friendly. Did a great job explaining everything to us and answering any questions we had.

Installation of the Ford charger went well. Scheduling was very easy. The installer came on time as scheduled. He was very friendly and professional introduced himself and shook my hand. He went right to work and finished well ahead of his schedule. He made sure everything was clean after the installation. He didn’t leave any thing for me to clean up. overall, I was very happy with the installation.

Ford connected me with Qmerit for the installation of my Stage 2 charger. Qmerit told me a permit needed to be pulled and that it would cost an additional 200 dollars. My issue is that I actually had to contact the Local township to get the permit. I set up the meet and had it signed off myself. They did pay the fee but since I set it up I found it was only 67 dollars to have it done. So I contacted Qmerit and asked for a detailed bill so I can see were the extra 133 dollar charge is coming from. I spoke to a lady who could not answer why I have a permit bill for $67 but why they were charging me 200. She said she would get me a detailed bill and call me back. She never called back and no other bill was sent. They also sent me the bill on the 29th and dated it due on the 30th one day later. The 200 is paid in full but I have yet to get any information from them as to why they charged me more for a service I actually did myself. I did give 2 star since the company the hired to do the install was good they were in and out in about 10 mins. My charger was installed in my garage about 1 foot from the breaker box. So was easy and did not require anything extra.

Qmerit and Ford Power Promise is a SHAKE DOWN. Purchased a new $70,000 EV and as part of the purchase the Ford Power Guarantee provided a "Free EV Charger and Installation". I thought this was a good offer and definitely was part of my decision to accept it, I was offered $500 if I said "no" to the charger. I understood that I would be responsible for a cost if the install was unusual, they referred to basement, long runs, exterior conduit, etc. Made sense, lucky for me the install was literally next to the electric box, less than a foot. I'd also be responsible for "actual permit cost", makes sense permits can be highly variable. Long story short, after a considerable amount of run around to get the charger, I had to wait a month for an install. Install took place, was fairly quick. Now mind you, I needed a second electrician come to troubleshoot the original install but I was ok with that, after all it was free. 6 months later I get a bill for $350. No detail, just an invoice. When I inquired I was given a bunch of BS they assumed I didn't understand. I am a finance professional as requested additional information to substantiate all their "allowed to charge for expertise" BS, which I agree with, bill Ford, they said install was paid for by them. This is an obvious bait and switch. I'd take the $500 and get a charger installed on your own. Make no mistake... IT IS NOT FREE!

This company truly stands out! Their electrician fixed my circuit breaker that kept tripping with no issues at all. He answered all my questions clearly. A true professional. I highly recommend him and this company to everyone.

These are not even that expensive to fix! This is the story of my journey to fix a circuit that was overloading. Given my time constraint, I felt very lucky that the choice of electrician was so skilled and polite as he mended the electrical circuitary of my flat in matter or little/no more than 10 minutes.
