The first word that came from my mouth after seeing Embassy's completed work was, "Wow." The carpet underwent a transformation from dirty, with different shades of black and brown, to the carpet's original beige color at the hands of Josh and Steve. My expectations were exceeded. Additionally, they were punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. Moreover Dawn, who schedules appointments for service, listened to and thoroughly addressed my carpet cleaning questions and needs. My expectations were exceeded. From inception to completion, Embassy delivered a five star, A+, exceptional service! For this reason, I have selected Embassy as my preferred vendor to continue servicing the property for carpet cleaning every 6 months as part of a lease agreement. We love to support our local businesses. And this family owned business did not disappoint! Dawn is so easy to talk to for scheduling. She called 30 minutes out of arrival time to give you a heads up. Steve and Josh cleaned our tile in all 3 bathroom showers. They did it within 2.5 hrs and were efficient and detail oriented. They also sealed the tile too. Thank you Embassy! I'll be sharing your business with friends and neighbors.

Josh and Steve did an excellent job on my backsplash. The grout really needed cleaning because we had a small kitchen fire. It looks as good as new.

This is the second time we have used Embassy and have been very happy both times. They scheduled us right away, were fast through and helpful in answering my questions and providing education on what I need to do to keep my carpet clean. Will definitely use them again, great team and friendly people!

These guys were Great.
Came out and measured both the carpet and all the tiles work we have (Kitchen/Dining Room and 2 bathrooms with tile)
They did the work as scheduled and keep me posted as to their progress. (and showed up when they said they would)
We keep a really clean house especially kitchen and bathrooms but while they were on the middle of cleaning, we couldn't believe the dirt they pulled out of the tile/grout).
Grout lines look new and fresh and the carpet is perfect.
The son and Dad team were extremely careful of the floors leading up to the cleaning area, covered the floors with soft mats for their hoses and equipment.
They gave us suggestions as to cleaners that will maintain the floors that were basically low ph cleaners
I'm really picky about who I hire for any work to our home and would not have a problem in recommending these guys aka Embassy.
