This team is a walking encyclopedia of carpet and cleaning science. I answered all my questions from care of the carpet to if I ever want to purchase new carpet what to look for. They even mopped up the tile around my rugs before they departed. No other carpet cleaner company has ever done that before but I’ve hired. Dawn is responsive and gives you the feeling that you’re in good hands. They are like family almost

It was a pleasure to work with Dawn, her husband and son. They were prompt and did a great job with our carpets. I love supporting family owned business, specially those that take such great pride in their work!

From the moment I called to get a bid to provide the services, I knew I had called the right business. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Steve and Josh arrived on time for my appointment and everything was done beautifully. They are very consultative about the best way to clean my fabrics. They are my “go to” for carpet and upholstery cleaning and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I did not receive service but got a lot instruction and help through the phone. The owner helped me analyze the yellow stain on a rug I self washed the previous evening. She was very patient and detail on the analysis and next steps. I am so grateful to her for the help!

Embassy did an excellent job cleaning a carpet we had been neglecting for several years. They were very up-front about the costs and the time frames, were true to their commitments, and were professional at all times. Great service; great job. This father / son team was absolutely amazing in absolutely every way!! So incredibly kind, helpful and extremely professional with unbeatable knowledge of every aspect of business! Our carpets were in really bad shape from our sick puppy, I believed it was beyond cleaning. They came in and worked their magic and our carpets look and smell brand new! Embassy carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my rental property carpet that I didn't think could be saved. Over a decade of usage without proper professional cleaning left big dark grey sections on the beige carpet in all major traffic areas. I called Embassy Cleaning to give me an on site estimate. Steve, the owner, promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up on time with his son Josh. I really appreciate that they gave me an honest estimation and set my exception right; explaining what could or couldn't be cleaned, and the good news was that the carpet could be cleaned to a decent state. Right after other interior renovations were done I called Steve again and set up a next-day appointment. Father and son came as scheduled and I was shocked to see how clean the carpet looked two hours later. To sum it up, I was really glad that I found Embassy cleaning; their service, including communication and the actual job, is impeccable. It was just a pleasure to deal with honest and efficient contractors like Steve and Josh, and every time I see the clean carpet I'm thankful for their service.

Embassy Carpets did a great job cleaning my very stained carpets. They came out great.
They also cleaned my tile floors in 2 bathroom and kitchen which came out really well. The grout looks so clean and like back to original color.

After watching the Embassy Carpet Cleaning video on the company website and reading reviews, I knew this was a company I could trust to do a good job and treat my home with care.
My call to schedule service was answered promptly and I was able to get on the books at a time that was convenient for me. And the scheduler is so kind and personable.
On my appointment day, Steve and Josh arrived on time and introduced themselves. I showed them the areas that needed cleaning. I had some pet stains that needed addressing in one room and a stain on the sofa that I was hopeful would come out.
They set to work right away.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were able to get all the pet stains up, even the ones under the bed! And the stain on the sofa was gone also.
Steve and Josh were very polite, to me and each other. I appreciated how careful they were with my furniture.
My carpet, area rugs, and sofa are like new again and feel and smell fresh and clean.
