As a reputable company in Orange County we have a duty to our clients to assure anyone we hire to come on a job and into our customers homes are going to meet our 5 star standards! We have used several cleaning companies over the years and for some reason they always seem to miss the mark. For the past 6 months we have been using Sparkle. Amanda and her team have been great. We have had no complaints from any clients stating that we left a job site in poor condition. As a plumbing company there are times when the inside of homes are literally ripped a part and put back together. We have been trusting Sparkle to come behind us and be sure to put those final touches on our clients home assuring that we left the home as we found it, just with new plumbing, and a fresh deep cleaning!

The crew is always prompt and does a fabulous job every time. We are a family of 5 grown ups, with active schedules and one of us working from home. The team from Mother Earth works around us every time. Thank you, Mother Earth Maids!!

They are very prompt and with 3 or 4 ladies so they finish very fast. I am pleased overall, but sometimes miss the small things. I wish they would put items they move back to where they were, Turn off lights in rooms they’ve been in, and plug back into receptacles things
they remove to plug in their vacuums

Another excellent job by ILDA’S crew! Every team I have had from Mother Earth has been excellent. Very cheerful and efficient ladies. I highly recommend them.

The cleaning crew was amazing! Three people came out, they came out a little early and were attentive to my needs. They asked for a tour so they knew what they were dealing with while I was giving one of the ladies a tour, the other two got to work! It was a great experience, highly recommended!

Mother Maids does a very thorough job! They are able to deep clean the places I never have time to get to! My shower was immaculate after they were done! Looking forward to having them come back again!

The team sent to us did an amazing job. They went beyond the call of duty even cleaned the doors and windows. Also very professional and polite and fast. Great Job, I highly recommend this company. And last but not least they are responsible in costing.

If I could give ZERO stars on this review, I would. I purchased a Groupon deal with Mother Earth Maids. I bought the 6 man hours option which is for cleaning up to 1,400 square feet. My house is 1,500 square feet but I have one room that is 120 sf and full of boxes. When I contacted Mother Earth to schedule the cleaning, I explained to them that they will only be cleaning 1,380 sf because my daughter is moving and her room is full of boxes and doesn't need to be cleaned. Mother Earth REFUSED to honor the voucher because my house is 1,500 sf. Their "fine print" doesn't state that the entire house has to be under 1,400 sf, it simply states that the voucher is good up to 1,400 sf. I kept reiterating to the manager Blas that the square footage to be cleaned is UNDER 1,400 sf. He still refused to honor the voucher. I've never dealt with a company with such poor business practice employing the typical bait and switch. I'm disgusted. Don't waste your time with this irreputable company.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who likes a clean house! Sheila, Lebe, and Melida have done a thorough job each and every time. Also Blas, the appointment manager is very professional. He has been quick to respond when I needed to make an adjustment to an appointment.

I have used Mother Earth Maids for move in-move out cleaning at rental unit. They do such a great job of cleaning everything. I also used them for my home, the team is very professional. I highly recommend them.

Had the team come for a deep clean. WOW!! Incredible job by the 3 person team. I am very detailed oriented and expect every nook and cranny to be cleaned. The team exceeded my expectations. They were AWESOME!! Will definitely use again. Highly recommend

Great company! We have lots of pets so we chose this cleaning company because all the products they use is pet friendly. We have their services every 2 weeks. Three cleaners always show up on time and clean our home for 2 hours. The home is always left spotless ! Greatly reccomend it

I have had many cleaning services over the years but Mother Earth is tops. The crews are proactive and take initiative to make things perfect- if they see mess or disorganization, they fix it, even if it's outside the "usual" routine. Special kudos to Shiela Gomez and her crew of cleaning angels- they work so hard! Blas is also very professional and customer service is exceptional. Biweekly service keeps my household of a retiree, teenaged boy and his friends, and two fuzzy felines in very good shape with very little effort from us. You can expect quality from Mother Earth!

I've been using Mother Earth maids for a couple of years. Their Management team is very responsive and flexible . I get a reminder 2 days before their scheduled appt. When I have had something in particular I want them to do, the Manager puts a note in my file for my team. What i like is that there are 3 professionals who come. Eric (I believe) is the onsite manager and speaks fluent english. i happened to be home today when they arrived, so I lounged in my car in my garage to stay out of their way. Lots of activity could be heard going on upstairs! Some of the things I've noticed in the past have been that they clean each bulb on my dining room chandelier. Dust every picture. Clean my hardwood floors with Bona, clean the TOP of my ceiling fan blades. They also clean my sliding glass door and sweep my deck! It takes the 3 of them an hour and my condo is 1000 sq feet. I highly recommend them!!

Good rate for monthly service. The girls were punctual and thorough although many only spoke Spanish. Some crews were better than others. The “green” products they used wasn’t enough to keep our bathroom and kitchen clean so I asked to switch to bleach products and it worked out great. The manager is very helpful about scheduling and last minute bookings as needed. Will continue to use their services.
