I scheduled online day of and Jake and his crew were extremely accommodating. They made sure I knew what was going on and who was coming. Once the cleaner, Ali, arrived she was extremely nice and did a walkthrough of the apartment with me. I can say right now that my apartment has never been cleaner than it is right now. They helped my wife and I catch up on years of dust that we’ve been unable to get to. Great experience and service overall!

Cleaners who came to clean our house did a great job. we wanted the cleaners on the same day and they made that possible and cleaners showed up within 1 hr. happy with the experience.

Pristine Cleaners is AMAZING! The crew were adorable. But most importantly they did an AWESOME cleaning of our home. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We use Pristine Cleaners for our home as we rent it out on Air B&B and we couldn’t be more happy with their service. We got a review on how clean our house was the first time they cleaned it. We have had issues in the past with other cleaning companies not doing a good job, and now that we have Pristine Cleaners we don’t have to worry about that anymore. They will be the one and only cleaning service we use.

Super easy to book. Friendly. Prompt. Hired to clean a college dorm room that had been neglected for an entire year. The two ladies were so nice, worked so hard, stayed until the job was done. The area is now spotless and we're excited to work with them again next time. Highly recommended!

We had Pristine Cleaners do a Move In/Move Out of our girls’ new rental house. The two ladies that came did an amazing job getting the house back to a clean starting point for the girls. Pristine Cleaners is awesome! I walked into my new home that was left a complete mess by the previous tenants, and they saved the day to say the least. The crew came in as soon as possible given my last minute request and had the house looking clean and gave me so much relief. Give them a call I definitely recommend.

I’ve used this company a few times to do a deep clean on my house and I’ve been really happy with the results. I’ve tried a bunch of companies in the area and this is the most consistent and well done clean I’ve had. I’ve also had problems in the past with cleaners showing up at all and they’re always here and on time.

Pristine Cleaners of Orange County claims to be expert cleaners but failed to meet even basic expectations. I hired them to clean my Airbnb in preparation for new renters, but their poor cleaning led to negative feedback from my guests. Their lack of thoroughness and attention to detail was unacceptable. I would not use their services again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! I needed a deep clean after remodeling and they knew exactly what to do to get rid of all the dust. I needed something right away and Jake worked with me to get in right in time. Maria was very thorough, kind and professional. Highly recommend, especially after you have construction done to your home.
