We’ve been doing a lot of work on our house and was looking for someone to work with for our front and backyard landscaping. We’ve worked with multiple project managers in the past year and I can say that Coleman was truly amazing to work with. He was on top of everything, anticipated needs, and managed the work from beginning to end efficiently. They stuck to timelines and worked with us to stay within our budget. the crew always left our backyard clean! I truly believe Coleman and his team went above and beyond to make us happy and to meet our needs. I would highly recommend simple outdoor living for any landscaping needs.

Bryan and Allan helped is in designing a great set of plans. The 3D renderings were very helpful. They were so patient with changes and suggestions as we finalized the design of the plans.
Construction began on time and was completed right on schedule. Our onsite foreman Coleman kept things moving along according to plan and was easy to work with on an almost daily basis. Very hard working and skilled crew and easy to have around. Cleaned up job site upon leaving each and every day.
We are so pleased with the completed project and have been in touch with them for questions, adjustments and a few plant replacements afterwards.

Bryan and Coleman at Simple Outdoor Living were the best to work with. After having just completed a home renovation with a contractor that was very difficult to work with, it was so nice to have the yard renovation go so smooth. They were on top of the schedule, the budget, and were always updating regularly along the way. If I could leave 10 stars instead of 5 I would. This was a wonderful company to deal with. I have a small back patio that needed some work. Bryan came out to the house and after input from me and his great suggestions, Allan then drew up plans that could be easily submitted to my HOA for approval. Following that, I worked very closely with Coleman and his team with construction that involved pavers, raised planters with stone veneer, and wall caps (also great for additional seating). At the end of each day the workers would clean up the mess on the patio, as well as the street in front of the house. Always considerate of my neighbors, too. The work (hardscape and plants and trees) was of high quality. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We recently had to completely redo our landscape after our fire insurance was dropped, and we hired Simple Outdoor Living based on their online reviews. Our project involved a full makeover of the front yard, including hardscape, softscape, lighting, and a sprinkler system.

To start with, Bryan the owner of Simple Outdoor Living showed up on time to our estimate appointment. After the estimate he gave us a timeframe that his crew would be available to get the work done, and it was done even a little bit sooner. The crew showed up on time, did great work, very professional, were always very nice, and cleaned up at the end of the job daily.

The Project Manager, Coleman was amazing and communication was on point. He went out if his way to ensure everything was going as planned and working correctly or even an extra trip to make sure lighting was aimed at the trees just right. We didn’t make many changes to the plan, but we did add a few things as the project transformed and Coleman incorporated last minute requests without blinking an eye and had great suggestions along the way if something needed tweaking as things came up.

Hired Simple Outdoor Living to do our landscaping at our new home construction. Their speed and quality of work is good.

My issue with them was after they finished the job and collected payment, their plant they put in died just a couple weeks later. I reached out and asked for advice. I even asked if I should just hire a gardener to come replace it. Coleman made it seem like they would come back and fix it. I was even willing to pay for it. He kept saying they'll be back for weeks and then would go silent. Now its been several months and he has stopped responding.

Just a little transparency and communication would've handled the whole situation. I just paid for new landscaping including underground water system and yet the plant is dead within weeks. If you don't want to come back and replace it, at least tell me rather than making it seem like you'll handle it and then disappear without responding.

Iam so glad I hired Landmark to a total backyard makeover. Their work is excellent. I shopped around other contractors and Landmarks design took our breath away! They know how to transform a yard.
