We have use installation Pro on a few of our properties, we can always count on them to be professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the jobs that we are requesting. They’re also very honest if it’s something that they cannot, or will not do. We appreciate that we can pay through a link, since we don’t always have a Property Manager on site to pay at the time of service. When we request photos of the work after it’s been completed, they do provide them. We are very happy with their services.

An amazing team and super hard-working. The work ethic is to be admired. Prompt response time to questions, detailed proposals and open to changes when needed. They could always tell us when and what was being done. They stuck to their schedule. I highly recommend them. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Alex showed up on time, mounted my 75 inch tv. did a great job and even cleaned up after. Would recommend their services.

I have used Installation Pro Inc twice for my home and once for my business and they handle themselves in a very professional manner, communication is great and they get the job done. Stan has installed two RO water filtration systems for me and we are extremely pleased.

From the person I texted to set the appointment to the technician, everyone was very friendly and professional. Alexander arrived within the scheduled window, gave me text notice when he was nearby, and did a great job, he even used a little dustpan he brought to clean up the tiny amount of dust caused by screwing into the wall! He indulged holding the pieces up for me so I could visualize where I wanted them and ended up using better hanging hardware than what West Elm had sent- gotta trust the pros!!

We had a great experience. The tech was on time, he was communicative and helped with some outstanding questions about how we should install the soundbar, and then he stayed until the product was fully functional and working correctly. Would work with InstallationPro again in a second!

Jane is a lady who helped me book the appointment right away. Very quick with responses and the communication level was on point. They have this cool gadget that sends you a reminder of when you have an appointment plus a timely message letting you know the ETA.

Ivan was great! He fixed all the doors, locks as well as maintaining the functionality. He purchased what was necessary, and saved receipts. He understood what was needed to be done and fixed it right away. Installation Pros are awesome; they are fast and reliable.

Our company needed some florescent lights replaced on our high ceilings and a toilet replaced.
Alex came right on time and was very neat in his work. He did a great job! I would highly recommend Installationpro Inc for any job you may need!

We thought it would be impossible to replace our old front door with a new one because of the old walls and frames but InstallationPro was easily able to do it and they were super detailed and nice during the whole process!

I highly recommend Installation Pro! I had several small jobs that needed a to be completed and Stan did them perfectly. Stan put up plastic barriers to prevent wood dust from going all over the house and left all of the work areas in pristine condition. Stan work is meticulous and he works very quickly. His rate is very reasonable. I will definitely be calling Installation Pro the next time I need help with something around the house.

Exceptional service from Stan at InstallationPro to replace a kitchen faucet. I requested a quote in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. Stan came on time and was able to quickly complete the job with the highest quality.

The guys from InstallationPro communicated every step of the way, arrived on time, and had my new bed perfectly assembled in less than an hour. They even placed the mattress on top of the frame for me! Alexander and Alex were very courteous, removing their shoes as they entered my home, and worked quietly until finished - I couldn't be happier :)

I had installation pro install a pergola that I bought from Lowe's. their price was very competitive. I got three quotes. They finished the work in about 4 hours. The crew went right to work and did a great job.

Alex did a good job on repairing my water damaged French doors. He spent a long time removing the damaged wood, patching with Bondo materials, sanding. It looks very different when it is done. I will definitely use their service again!
