I had this company replace a sliding door handle that I have had for years. Within 5 days the new handle broke. They will not come back out and make right unless I pay for a new svc call. They blindly are saying that I broke it by locking the door and then closing. That makes no sense whatsoever. The bad yelp reviews are true! I should have read first.

Called the company to install/hang our automated projector screen. Our tech, Alexander, came on time, did the measurement to make sure it’s level out and also asked our opinion to make sure it sync up with our expectation. He also replaced our bathroom lights successfully.

Stan did great job setting up my tv with the wall mount. Clean drilling with no need to clean after, levelled tv, all done quickly and professionally. I recommend InstallationPro: from the initial price quote of the job and up to the finished service it was a good experience.

I had a dog door installed in my wall, and while the old, crumbly stucco made it challenging, the installer did an excellent job. They carefully reinforced the area to ensure the door was secure and preserved the look of my home. Despite the fragile exterior, they worked skillfully to avoid unnecessary damage. The result is sturdy, functional, and blends in beautifully. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with InstallationPro. They were easy to work with and communicative. On the day of, Alexei arrived right on time and was extremely professional. He made sure he understood exactly what we wanted and then meticulously hung up new cabinets in our laundry room. Wonderful service! Call them and got scheduled next day for tv mounting. Technician came on time, sent me the message, cleaned up the area after, my tv looks great. They also helped me to choose the right mount. I can definitely recommend them!

Tech arrived 1.5 hr past 4 scheduled window. fixed issue (under warranty) then proceeded to tell me it would be additional $220 "maintenance fee" to shop vac the inside of the machine. It took him a whole 25 minutes to vacuum, before he started putting it back together. I questioned the charge, repeatedly before having to agree to it. $220 for 25 minutes of vacuuming. That's where they make their money on these "warranty" calls. NEVER AGAIN!

I will definitely call Installationpro again for any future jobs I need done. Stan arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He removed window treatments in both bedrooms and installed new treatments in both rooms. I love the results. I thought the cost was very competitive and reasonable for the excellent work that was done.
