Finding a great handyman can be tough, but Chingis exceeded all my expectations. He possesses a fantastic range of skills, particularly with low-voltage and technical installations. He did an amazing job running Ethernet cable throughout our home and installing multiple APs (ceiling and exterior) for perfect Wi-Fi coverage. He also handled the intricate wiring for our Atmos home theater speakers and flawlessly installed our RO water system.

New review - We woke up one morning and the entire garage had no power. We called an electric company to investigate and they said we needed to rip up the entire garage to fix and they wanted to charge me 7 Grand and multiple days to repair. I called Chingis for a second opinion and he was able to fix it within an hour. We have used him several times, and he is by far the best repairman that we have used. His skill set is vast, from traditional handyman roles, all the way to roofing and home construction. He simply can do it all and everything at an extremely high level. No bullshit, just results and in a fast, efficient, honest and economical manner. Thank God we found him. He is the ultimate handyman, bar none!
