Chingis came out and did some repairs around the house. Work included roof tile replacement/sealing, some wood replacement, and gutter cleaning/reinforcement. The estimate was very reasonable, and he just had a break between jobs so scheduling was really fast - next day in fact. We have no complaints about the work quality or speed.

I called Chingiz to help with roof repairs on a new home I purchased which also needed leak repairs. Chingiz and his team were GREAT and they did an excellent job. Chingiz quickly identified where the leak was coming from and explained the repair clearly. He was great at communicating and sending pictures while the work was in progress. Chingis is one of the great handyman and general contractors out there. I have called on him a few times in desperate need of maintenance repairs to my home. He is always super responsive, very friendly and polite and and absolute expert craftsman. He was able to save me a lot of money in rebuilding my kids mirrored sliding door closet without needing to replace the tracks and the frames when I was absolutely sure replacement was needed. He comes 100% recommended and will always call upon him first.
