Moe and Nasser are very friendly yet professional and efficient. The carpet (on stairs) they cleaned was filthy from previous owner, including pet stains from their dog. Now it looks like new and I can actually see the true color of the carpet. I highly recommend ProFastCean.

These guys are great! I used them for cleaning my house before moving in. They power-washed the stucco, Front yard, entrances and backyard , also did a full floor cleaning, Tile, Carpet and wood.
Honestly, I could not be happier with the results.
My house looks brand new again.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The cleaners they sent to us were very thorough, professional and wasted no time talking; do the work right away and made sure that all the areas and corners of the office were cleaned, they also had complete tools for cleaning. –The good part was the cleaning chemicals they used to remove stain and dirt for floors and countertops was eco-friendly, so it was not harmful to the health. As they finished cleaning our office, they let us inspect it before they left so that they made sure that we’re satisfied with their work and we couldn’t be happier with it. We didn’t see any single dirt and dust in our office and it smells so good like perfume. They were exceptional, professional, punctual, thorough and reasonable. I have no hesitation to use them again for cleaning.

EBM has been servicing our building for a little over a year. Their staff are professionals and their service is consistent. Anytime we need additional attention or an added service, William or Brenda who rep our account have been very helpful.

We have a specific type of flooring that needs someone knowledgeable with stone and William has been very great in that regard. Highly recommended.

Mike did a good job except in a place that I showed him needed cleaning. When I called to complain I got the answer that all dog stains don’t come out. I got it out with water. Not happy this time, but have been extremely happy with previous cleaning. It was more expensive than previous cleanings, as well.

Julio was great—friendly, professional, and communicative about the pet stains. He walked through the carpet with me before and after, respected my home, and worked efficiently. Love that Zerorez leaves no residue, and the pet throw-up smell I couldn’t get out on my own is completely gone. Highly recommend!

Return customer. The hype is real. Price may be a little higher (still competitive) but the end result is worth it. Soft carpet with no after smell, unlike services that clean using detergents. Easy to set an appointment and received quick confirmation and follow up. Matt called with a timeline that morning. He was prompt, diligent, and considerate. Matt was also very congenial, which elevated the service. He explained the process and got to work. Very satisfied.
