Jason arrived early, reviewed the work and started cleaning immediately. He is a good communicator, works hard and protected all areas of our home. He completed the work in about 2 hours, went over the work performed and gave is a timeline for letting everything dry. Overall, a great technician.

Jason showed up on time and understood the job completely. We Gad two locations to do with the second one having a wool rug. You could tell he was experienced with working with wool. His attitude was outstanding and I would definitely want to work with Jason again in the future!

We Have a fairly new house it was built a year ago. I requested Carpet For three rooms After sharing the holidays with family and friends. The technician seem like he understood, but apparently by the time he was done, maybe 30 minutes later, I took a look at two rooms and realize that part of the floor was not even wet. It almost looked like he just went through and vacuumed. I don’t know what the hell happened. I did not feel There was not much effort Put in by the technician or Most definitely the company I would explain exactly what I want it. I would probably look at every room as he was done and literally get on your hands and knees and see if he even put water or cleaner on my floor. This is not my first rodeo. I used to have a cleaner come at our other house every three months and you would know it’s almost like brand new carpet never had any problems with them so make sure you understand what $129 will get you from this company. After talking with the representative from the company, she promised the 30 day guarantee for the same technician to come back and do the job I declined I never received an apology that I was dissatisfied none of that in fact, she demanded that he could come back the next day and do the whole job all over. No, I declined OK. I went ahead and spot. Treated it myself and I rented one of those machines from Stater Brothers the red ones it was $32 for 24 hours and you would never believe how dirty my carpet Was two days following a Carpet Cleaning. It was a lot of work The machine actually disburses all the cleaning solution on the carpet and then it sucks it back into the dirty container and it was unbelievable how dirty that water was especially considering I had it cleaned by a professional two days before! I am taking this time to leave a review so you will not waste your money literally! $129 is not going to cover the stains that I wanted it removed they could have very well told me and I would have agreed to pay more money. Also, when someone tells you that their company can come out the very next day and they have so many openings run the other way!

Words cannot express how impressed I am with Zerorez! I was ready to replace my carpet completely due to so many pet stains. In the past I have had horrible experiences with carpet cleaning services who use toxic chemicals and which take forever to dry. Zerorez is pet friendly, non-toxic, fast drying and took all the stains on my beige carpet I did not think could be removed! My technician Jared was exceptional and provided phenomenal service, explaining the process to me and making sure I was happy with the results. My carpets literally look brand new and stain free! These guys worked a miracle on my 25 year old carpet! Never thought it could look that good again. Very thorough and detailed. The carpet is also much dryer than other services I've used in the past. Excellent job!!

This review is a month late but Jason was incredible. My wife and I never felt so comfortable having somebody that we didn't know in our home. He was thorough, understanding and very educated with his services and just in general. I'm requesting him next time and won't schedule a cleaning unless it's him. What an amazing employee! Giovanni came to my home and was very respectful. I asked the company if he could wear booties which he did. He listened to all my concerns and since I'm pretty meticulous, he spot cleaned areas which needed re-cleaning. He was very transparent about their pricing and I would definitely have them return in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Jared. He came to clean our tile in 3 rooms and then wisely suggested adding a sealer to extend the cleanliness of the tile and grout. We have been customers of Zerorez for a few years and each time we are extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service with each visit! Jared was on time, friendly, reviewed our order and then took great care in the handling of his equipment while in the house, being cautious at every corner! Once completed, he asked if we had any other additional service and made sure we were happy with his work! I used the chat/AI for scheduling and estimate. It was easy to schedule and easy to use. The first estimate was way too high! But it ended up being reasonable. It was helpful to have the technician see my areas that needed cleaning, to confirm and adjust the estimate/price when he arrived.
Julio was very kind and courteous. He was very friendly and accommodating, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He arrived bright and early and on time for our scheduled window.
