Mark and his team have delivered great service again. We have been using Lightning Bolt over the past 3 years, assisting us with our large sectional couch and area rugs. This helps us keep our items fresh and clean over the years, especially with our young kiddos. Great communication, professionalism, and great pricing. I’ve been recommending them to all our friends and family.

Mark was so great to work with! I called on a Sunday morning & he was able to come out first thing Monday morning. I was on a time crunch so that worked perfect! He was very polite, efficient & did an excellent job! I would definitely hire him again! You can see the before & after pictures attached.

Before the holidays we wanted to get our couches and rugs cleaned. Going to Yelp, we found Lightning Bolt Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and its exclusively positive and enthusiastic reviews. We called and set a date.

Mark and his crew arrived promptly and ready to work. They did an outstanding job on our two Pottery Barn sofas, cushions, and pillows and on one of the Pottery Barn area rugs. The other rug had some weird streaks perhaps, Mark said, because the damp weather kept it from drying consistently or evenly. The crew went over the carpet a second and third time that same day without any improvement. Not pleased, Mark took the rug with him to clean it again until it looked right--and it came back this morning looking great! We are very pleased not only with the results but also by Mark's work ethic, his high standards, and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers.

Both this level of professionalism and this concern about the quality of his work are rare and very impressive these days. We highly recommend Mark and his Lightning Bolt team for your upholstery and carpet cleaning needs. We will definitely book them again!

Dr carpet was amazing and did the impossible. Carpet was really full of stains and we thought we had to replace it because the dirt came up it was really terrible .Dr carpet cleaned away all of the stains and made the carpet new again. We had to have our dryer vent cleared out as advised by an appliance company. We called Dr. Carpet, and they sent Richard out to do the job the very same day. It was amazing how fast he cleared out all the debris…no fuss…no nonsense - job done! Richard was both courteous and obliging. We plan on seeing him at least once every year from now on to keep the vent cleared. We invited Richard back any time for a visit. David is our go to guy for carpet cleaning. We had a big black aging dog with white carpeting. We bring David in periodically to freshen up our carpet and get rid of most of our stains. He is knowledgeable and thorough. We are regular clients. Thank you David.
