I had Mark last year cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment , and he did an amazing job, very professional, very reasonable price and a very nice guy.
I called him back after a whole year and was surprised that he saved my number with my address, he was so welcoming and work around my available day.
Can't wait to have my carpet breath again.

I was very impressed with Mark and his team when they cleaned my sofa and brought it back to life! They showed up on time, did a wonderful job and were very accommodating with their time when I asked them to also clean a couple of additional pieces. I highly recommend them.

A few days ago I requested to have my rugs cleaned. I spoke with Mark. Not only was he very courteous he provided me with an amazing price. He accommodated my schedule especially with me being out of state and with extremely short notice before the holiday. Today Mark came early to clean my rugs and from the pictures I received of the before and after I couldn't believe my eyes. To say the least they were horrid. Thank you to mark and his team for making those dirty rugs look just about brand spanking new. My little one surely will appreciate it once we get back to California. I have used Mark's services twice so far and can't be more satisfied. He is very polite and friendly, his quality of works is fantastic, and equally important, he has the fairest rates I have been able to find in the Irvine area. I desperately needed my sectional and wool rug cleaned - both were in a sad state of affairs after ~6 years of zero cleanings and 2 young kids. Mark and his team worked their magic and I am amazed at how clean/new both the sectional and rug look. I should have done this much sooner!! Mark made the process easy, was very personable and professional, and even generously cleaned an additional rug at no cost. 10/10 recommend!

We have used lightning bolt for 3 years now for a total of 4 services at this point. The owner is very responsive and involved. They do amazing work. We always get our giant west elm white couch cleaned along with all of our carpet on the second floor and it always looks great when they finish. We will continue to use them for years to come! Mark and his team are wonderful to work with. Just moved to CA and we had Mark and his team clean the carpets before our stuff arrived. They were so good my wife and I have used them a second time for our area rugs and we so glad we did. They are efficient and friendly.

After my cats peed through the couch cushions of my brand new couch, I was devastated. Believe me when I say Mark will not stop until he gets the job done. He handled our furniture with extreme care and put the couch cushions through 5 different levels of treatment and then hand delivered them good as brand new. He charged me a fraction of the price as the last place I had gone to where they were unsuccessful in removing the odor. I could not recommend more working with Mark and his team - they are the best.

Mark and his associate were amazing! On time, easy-going, friendly, the guy is amazing. The service was beyond expectations. On time, extremely thorough and fast! Our apartment looks brand new and smells brand new. He even helped me with an office chair and an inflatable bed I had laying around, those got cleaned too and I can’t believe how good they look. What a great job by Mark and his team! Super friendly guy too. They did a thorough and efficient job on our high end white sectional sofa, our large area rug and the carpets in our bedrooms. Everything ended up looking and feeling clean once again. He also gave us the best deal around (believe me, I checked at least ten other carpet/upholstery cleaning companies).
