They arrived on-time, and got right down to business. No upselling or convincing me to do something more than I needed. They did the greatest job! We were amazed at the stains that they were able to get out! Not to mention that they responded quickly and were able to come out the same week. We have used Active Chem Dry twice now, and both experiences have been superb. From making the initial appointment to the cleaning of the carpet, every staff member was courteous, efficient and meticulous.

Let me start off by saying i am someone that does my research not just to get the best deal but to find the most honest, hardworking person. After reading through countless companies because there are a billion carpet cleaners out there I found RJ. I wasn't sure what I was going what to expect although the the initial conversation on the phone was pleasant and it seemed as though he was an honest hard working person. Well today RJ showed up about 10 minutes early and went to work. Now the result, and it was exactly what RJ said it would be. I got exactly what RJ explained to me I would get. I am very happy with the service and have a neighbor that checked it out and will be using RJ services in the near future. I believe in good customer service, hard work, and sticking to your word and he did all those things so I felt compelled to give a 5 star review.

These guys are friendly, informative, quick, and did a great job! Can't believe how much better my sofa looks after they finished. They're careful to educate you about good care of your furniture, and carpet. Really recommend them!

RJ explained everything he was going to do and pricing was exactly what he quoted. The carpets were pretty dirty but they look like new and smell great. This guy is serious about his job. I would use his company again.

Our guy called the night before to confirm the appointment. He was prompt the next day on his arrival. He did a great job cleaning up after our pampered pooch...;-D. The whole house looked great upon completion. He also cleaned a problem wool area rug and made it look great.

R.J. was a truly professional tech. He arrived on time and completely explained the entire process to my wife and myself. He presented us with various options since it was the first time our carpets had ever been cleaned. R.J. also moved a dresser to do additional cleaning. Technician was super friendly and professional. After a deep clean, all the grey spots in our carpet came out. Now our carpet is all one color and looking fresh. 10/10 Would do business again

Very passionate about what they do. Easy to work with, and gave a lot of options for different services. Also gave a lot of tips on how to maintain the carpet, as well as the best ways to clean and vacuum the carpet. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about getting their carpets clean. Active ChemDry came by my house on time and they were great. RJ was the rep that came out to see me and he was an absolute professional. He was on time and called me when he arrived. He was very courteous and thorough with his explanation of the process. He knocked it out and walked me through the whole process. I plan to call Chemdry in the future but I will certainly request that RJ comes back. I was just planning on getting an estimate but his service was the reason I decided to buy the service on the spot and I thought the whole experience was great. I will refer everyone and anyone I can to RJ and Active Chem-Dry.
