Active Chem Dry of Irvine, I called them Monday morning and needed help that same day. They made the time to come out and help clean our carpet and they made it look beautiful. Fred, Lilly, and RJ are awesome people.

RJ and Vince were very professional and thorough. The carpets are clearly cleaner than the last few times we had them cleaned using another local cleaning company. I will definitely have Chem Dry out again!

Active Chem-Dry set me up with a 1-4pm window, but RJ and Ryan showed up at 1:30pm! It's always refreshing for people to show up right there in the timeframe!

RJ and Ryan were very friendly, very thorough, and gave great recommendations. The carpet was sparkling clean after they were done! It even comes with a 30-day warranty!

The price point for Active Chem-Dry was fair since we are located in Irvine. Great work!

R.J. was on time for my appointment today, he explained all of my options available after we talked about the normal traffic in my house, including my pet. Based on that, R.J proceeded to clean my rugs, always explaining to me what I might expect as far as walking on the rug, drying time and things to look out for in the future to maintain my rugs. He has a pleasant personality and was great to have clean my rugs. I would recommend R.J to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned in the future.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Active Chem Dry and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service. The Technician was very helpful, he did an awesome job of cleaning the carpets. We are just moving into a rental and found the carpets were very dirty but with the deep cleaning & sanitizing the carpets look great & they smell great too.

The technicians RJ and Fredrick showed up promptly at 9AM and immediately got to work. RJ was knowledgeable and friendly in answering all my questions regarding a quote, the cleaning process, and billing.

The appointment took 2 hours for deep cleaning 2 bedrooms, living room, set of stairs, and a 3-seater couch. It would have been a shorter appointment but RJ and Fredrick took extra time to tackling the stains on my couch. They were so professional and worked so effectively as a team.

Thank you to Lily who helped me setup the appointment. She was friendly and helpful in answering all my initial questions. This was my first time using this company and it won't be my last. I highly recommend their service.

I'm am beyond pleased how clean and amazing my carpets look after RJ and Vince were done!! They were both fast, informative, and very thorough! I just had my carpets and sofas cleaned by RJ at Active Chem Dry. I must say that I'm so happy with the results. First of all, RJ was very careful with his equipment and basically carried every piece over to each carpeted area so our new wood laminate floor wouldn't be damaged. He was very thorough and explained everything that was involved in his cleaning process. Once he was done with our carpets, he cleaned our sofas, which were filthy after 11 long years of wear and tear. He recommended a deep cleaning for them in order to remove the body grease that had settled into the fibers over time. The result? I no longer have to cover my cushions up with a blanket. Save your money to just replace your carpet. I have so many complaints about this service I can't even bring myself full justice in this review.

For starters, they HOSE you to even ATTEMPT to treat pet stains. Literally DOUBLED the price of cleaning my whole house just for spots in the living room. They charged us $300 to base clean 2 small bedrooms and a living room. However, he so "kindly" included an area rug at a discounted price. Then he charged us $300 just to use their pet cleaner which obviously did not work.

For starters, I am in my twenties and have zero experience with carpet cleaning.. So, when the cleaner quoted me I was shocked but I am a renter, so I needed
to make it right and have these carpets cleaned. However, I spoke to my mom a few minutes later and she said she had never heard of anyone paying over $600 for carpet cleaning. She demanded I tell him to stop immediately and let him know he was taking advantage of me because I am young and didn't know better. Long story short, he had already sprayed down a bunch of stuff and couldn't just stop but insisted this was going to clean our carpets and if it didn't he would come back. Well, guess what he did have to come back. After less than a week all the spots returned, so he returned to spot clean.. well guess what, they are back again and We need to replace our Living room carpet which will cost just as much as this cleaning. This AWFUL company took our money for their gain. Shame on you Active Chem Dry, we will not be back.

I called for an appointment and I they had availability the same day. Two technicians came to my home. RJ was polite and explained the options available for my carpet cleaning needs. Then the 2 of them got to work. The finished the job in the time quoted. My stairs went from a nightmare to a dream! They also cleaned my entire 2nd floor carpeting as well. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future! Thank you RJ and RJ's Assistant!

RJ from Chem Dry came to my home today to clean my heavily soiled upstairs carpet. Before RJ's visit,we thought that the carpet was ready for the trash, but RJ did his magic and made the carpet ready for another year of wear and tear. One thing I appreciated about RJ's service was his ability and willingness to explain the carpet cleaning procedure. RJ was very honest in his assessment of the condition of our carpet. He let my husband and I know that after cleaning there will be a noticeable difference, but don't expect the carpet to be spotless. After RJ was done, I was pleasantly surprised with the results.

RJ did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I loved that he was on time, professional, and finished in the time he said he would. He was also very friendly and did not try to push services on us.

I'm extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning that RJ did in my 4-bedroom home. We have a very high traffic home, with lots of family, and hadn't professionally cleaned our carpet in 2 years. RJ came to give me a quote and he was so friendly and personable that I decided to give him the job. I honestly thought there were a couple of spots that wouldn't come out, but RJ cleaned all 4 rooms and they look great....he was able to remove all the spots and stains that had been there longer than I'm willing to admit. He promised that he would do a great for me and he did!!! I'm very happy with his work and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Active ChemDry....ask for RJ!!!!!

RJ was amazing and did the impossible. Carpet had been cleaned traditionally and we thought we had to replace it because the dirt came up one month after cleaning. Chem Dry cleaned away all of the stains and made the carpet new again. So happy!! And the return to normal and walking on the carpet was short and painless. Thank you again RJ. You were a miracle worker!!

The field rep was super polite, his estimate was double what I was quoted on the phone, over $800. We reluctantly went ahead with the "deep clean". I chose Chem-Dry for the no residue claims. We were told that the carpets would take 2-4 hours and the couch 4-6 hours to dry. It's currently over 24 hours with the house wide open and the carpet and couch feel wet to the touch. We now have all of the cushions outside in the sun and the furniture still out of the rooms. I will never use this company again. Super nice and polite is not enough to win my loyalty, I feel pretty much ripped off.

I have had RJ and Vince clean my condo carpets several times. They are both very professional courteous and did a great job every time. I had them clean some rather old persian carpets and had the same excellent results. Highly recommend this team.

I had Active Chem Dry, RJ and Ryan, clean the carpets after water damage on January 1. They fully explained the process they would be using, moved small furniture so they could ensure no musty smell would be left. The carpet was deodorized and is now fresh and new looking. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous and informative.

I found Active Chem-Dry on Living Social and bought the special. I needed more done than what I purchased but was on a tight budget. RJ was kind enough to work with me and we agreed on a budget friendly way to make my carpet look great. I didn't realize HOW GREAT they would look!! I am serious when I say that they look brand new!!

I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again! A+, professional, friendly service, reasonable prices and fantastic results!

R.J. came out today to do carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home. He was excellent to work with and was very polite. He spent a significant amount of time working on our sofa, which is a pet hair magnet, to ensure that he got it clean. He did a great job. The carpets and upholstery look fantastic!
