We had a sectional and an area rug cleaned. Our sectional had a strong pet odor and after the cleaning the smell was completely gone. The technician was professional and punctual and there were no hidden fees. We will definitely be using them again!

Shawn and Adi are excellent. Highy polished and professional. If you are looking for well priced, excellent carpet care for wool or polyester fiber and white glove treatment...you have found them. Quick turn around. Mine was a 10x12 rug.

Benjamin was absolutely amazing! I love my couch and it looks brand new. He took his time and was sure to get every area of the couch clean, from top to bottom. As long as he is with carpet kings they will continue to have my family’s business

They wore their shoes all over the house, so after they left we had to vacuum and mop. Did not provide a quote prior to starting the job, so regardless of price I was left to pay.

Work was decent. Price was expected maybe a little higher. Common courtesy not so much.

Carpet Kings took my call on Wednesday afternoon and had our carpets done the next morning! They were so communicative throughout the process, prompt, and we got the best guy to do the job! Juan was SO friendly, professional and lifted every stain I thought would be impossible. He sent pictures throughout the process and made us completely comfortable leaving him in our home to get the job done! He truly cares about his work and the owner, Adi, as well! We have two toddlers and a dog and our carpets and couch now look brand new again! I can’t recommend Carpet Kings and Juan enough, 10/10 we will recommend to all of our friends and use Juan again!

Comoany was affordable even with my high stained areas(from a dog). Technician was orompt and professional, and when i called them the next day to inquire about a concern i had, the company was friendly and willing to come back and fix the concern. The technician worked hard and he did his best with what was presented and i appreciated that i could see the tech working hard. Overall great experience, great friendly cystomer service and great prices!! I would use them again!

If there was a 10 star rating I would put in a million star rating. We had a wonderful gentleman who did 1 room and 1 staircase and it was wonderful. I have shampooed that room and he did better than me. The area i couldn't get out he got out. He was so respectful, kind and honest.

Benjamin did a great job. We bought a new used RV and it was used heavily for dirt bike riding and desert runs. There was oil, tons of dirt and grime in the carpet and the upholstery. He worked for well over 2 1/2 hours until he got almost every stain out. He was very professional and gave a fair quote. The before, and after pictures say it all. He took everything out and handled it with care. I would highly recommend this company.

They tried their best on printer ink stains. This difficult problem is equivalent effort to exterminating groundhogs on a golf course. As professionals, they have all the tools and experience. They quickly responded to this problem. Excellent customer service and communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Karel came in with a steamer hose hooked up to a massive machine, in his van, and had my white couch spotless in less than an hour. No rental at Home Depot can give you this quality and at a really fair price!

William was excellent!!! I called …he arrived an hour later to provide an estimate…I explained that we wanted to move forward with him and he started immediately!!! We thought we had to replace the carpet and he was able to get up every spot!!!! He was courteous…fast and cleaned up behind himself!!!! There is no other place that you call …get an estimate and have your carpets cleaned within an hour or same day!!!! If you are looking foe professionalism and a smile….use this place.

This is an update …after my carpet was cleaned …it looked perfect…unfortunately all of the spots came back and it was a total waste of money

Carpet Kings in Yorba Linda did an amazing job cleaning my carpet, rug, and sofa. Their communication was super quick and clear through text, which I loved. Adi was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I had two stubborn stains I was worried about, and they didn’t hesitate to come back to my house to treat them again — and they got them out beautifully.

I cannot say enough about my service I received tonight for my carpet cleaning. My goodness I called and they scheduled me immediately. The gentleman showed up and was given a MORE than favorable quote. He started working and took his time and was detailed. My carpets never looked so good. He removed one rug and cleaned it thoughtfully in my garage.
Orange County! Give this place a try. I guarantee you carpet kings are more than reasonable with their price points and they do an extremely thorough cleaning.
