Absolutely do not trust the owner. He promised me truck mounted carpet cleaning and a team that had many years under his employ. Constant communication leading up to the cleaning day. On cleaning day, no truck, only portable, and team is unfamiliar with each other. And the owner stops responding, despite texting the day before.

One star added because his partner made things right and provided a heavy discount, but I never even received an apology or response back from the original owner who completely lied to me.

Thank you Shon for coming out in such short notice and cleaning my dirty couch with no judgement. Having pets is not easy especially when you have guest coming over and your puppy decides to leave their scent behind. You did an amazing job leaving my couch clean and pet odor free will definitely recommend and continue to use in the future.

I am so impressed by this company! Same day service and Shon the owner, was super helpful and and courteous. The carpets were original from who knows when as we are renovating and just wanted a clean start till we get to the downstairs. I would definitely use Shon’s services again. You won’t go wrong using their carpet cleaning services. Happy to have met the owner and will pass along to anyone looking. Carpet and Duct Cleaning were contracted out to clean our carpet and couches by another carpet cleaning company that I originally called. They showed up on time and were quick to start the work. There was one small area on the carpet that was much dirtier due to higher foot traffic. I asked if they could go over that area again and they said no problem. I wasn't charged extra.

I called them today they said they were closed but the guy sent me a crew special for the weekend because my dog pooped on the carpet and I couldn’t take it out myself and it was stinking up my house. In one hour my carpet was super clean and looked like new . The crew was polite and straightforward with the job and had all the special tools for carpet cleaning. It was amazing that they could come over the weekend when everyone else was closed. Now my carpet looks like a brand new carpet. I can’t thank them enough for their service

I hired this carpet cleaning service expecting a professional job, but it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they ruin my Restoration Hardware couch—leaving it stained, discolored, and worse than before—but they also completely ghosted me afterward. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and even emailed. No response. No apology. No refund. I'm out thousands of dollars all because I thought I was going to professionals to clean a couch and they ruined it.

This company is a scam. They take your money and disappear when things go wrong. If you value your furniture and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust them to clean a doormat, let alone an entire home.

Shomron came within 3 hours of calling and cleaned 2 large area rugs that had pet stains and discolorations in less than one hour! The rugs are spotless and free of odor. 100000% would use him again and refer him to anyone who needs rugs cleaned! Thank you!

The technician, Eduard, was friendly and courteous; I am not certain if this company is knowledgeable about solving your problem but they will certainly charge $75 for a visit, they do not seem interested in ordering parts for your repair even when you are willing to pay for them, I did not hire them back, I did not pay the visit. Called manager he says do not have time to review my case

The technician Eduard, was timely and communicated well!! Communication with the office for scheduling and following up was horrible. Appointments were made last minute or with no communication. The manager/ owner Paul demonstrated little to no customer service or concern for the customer.
