We had the most amazing experience having a Mitsubishi split system installed at our house. Efficiency and customer service are the two words that come to mind when thinking about our experience. Over three days the company had two gentlemen come to install four units all of which can be controlled using Bluetooth on my cell phone. They were very conscious of the placement of each of the units because they knew I was concerned about aesthetics. Before Andre, one of the technicians, left he answered all of my questions, and ensured that I understood how to control the system from my phone. Allan is responsible and following up his work nicely. We had a commercial Fujitsu HVAC system that not many people are able to repair. This is a system that covers 14,000 sf of open space and 20 office rooms. Allan went through the traing and certification of Fujitsu company to properly fix the system. His diligence is greatly appreciated.
