I am a small business myself by choice but having 1 on 1 relationships with owners is 5 star. Amin is always nice to my customers and really professional. Roya in the office sets up all the appointments and goes the extra way to even reach out to my customers to set up time and dates. The HERS report is e mailed to me and directions sent what to print for the City. Awesome job Amin and Roya you make my life so much easier.

Amin was such a pleasure to work with! I needed an urgent title24 and HERS certification for an ADU, he came the next day and did the process quickly. I highly recommend ECO HERS for your needs!

I needed some updates to my Title 24 calculations and the original architect/engineer also missed some items on my plans, so my windows and doors vendor introduced me to ECO HERS and I'm so glad they did. Roya was extremely easy to work with and she was very quick. Highly recommended!

These guys have been great from the start.

We're doing an addition, and we needed some Heating and A/C help to see if our current system would handle the new square footage.

tim, the guy they sent out to do the quote was very friendly and honest about everything we needed done. He told us everything about our current system, and explained why we should replace what we have. He also explained why we could keep our existing system which is something the other guys didn't do.

tim , my main contact has been extraordinary. He was able to schedule our install while we were away in order for us to avoid having no heat for a few nights since in consideration of our one year old.

Overall, I'd certainly recommend these guys to anybody looking for HVAC help. also thanks to my installers edgar and demario they were super nice and helpful!

My upstairs air conditioner stopped blowing cold air over the weekend. I called on Monday, and Matt from So Cal Plumbing & Air Conditioning came out the same day. Amazing customer service from start to finished. Very happy to have my air conditioner working again. Highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.

As the Los Angeles temperatures dropped toward what passes for cold in these here parts, we lit our wall furnace but discovered that our thermostat was no longer turning on the burner. We scheduled an appointment with socal, which gives 3-hour windows. Their service tech cyrus arrived at EXACTLY the start of our window, checked out the situation thoroughly, and determined that the wire had been cut between the thermostat and furnace (we'd had some old flooring removed and new flooring installed, and apparently somewhere along the line the wire, which ran under the floor, had been damaged).

We determined that the best course of action would be to install a new thermostat in a different location. cyrus told me that in honesty it's an easy DIY job and showed me how to do it, but when I made clear that no DIY job is easy for me (a handyman I am not), he got back to me later with a very reasonable quote to do the install himself, parts included. I set another appointment window, for which he arrived EARLY (having called ahead first to make sure it was a good time for me), and did the job neatly, effectively, and in good time.

So to sum up: cyrus and socal ph&ac did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for the price they said they'd do it for, and they did it well. What more can you ask? I hope for no further heater issues any time soon, but if they arise, I won't hesitate to call them again.

Cyrus called 3 hours ahead of my scheduled time. He had a cancellation and was wondering if I was open earlier. If I hadn't been pre-booked I would have loved it. But I did greatly appreciate the thought.

He came when scheduled, checked out the furnace, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it.

We used this company for an issue with our heater that was blasting cold air through the vents instead of hot. After calling a different company the previous day that sent a guy who literally spent 12 minutes by the heater looking at it and telling us it was nothing wrong with it, the next day we tried Socal PH&AC and they sent out Tim. Tim was on time, very patient, listened to everything I was telling him it was wrong with the heater and took the time to figure out the issue. The heater is now working and Tim was very professional and courteous about the whole situation.

Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!

I must say Socal PHAC was fast. Honest clean and did an excellent Job ! Tim came to our house. Told us what we needed for our 2 story house Gave me a very competitive price. Finished the work in one day !

Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

I wanted to get my vent ducts cleaned out and when the person arrived, he tried to upsell me on all kinds of services (such as disinfection) totaling $750. I declined the extra services as I only wanted my vent ducts cleaned. He brought in a big machine and put it on one vent and let it run for 20 minutes. No amount of suction could possibly suck all the debris from all 5 of my vents from one vent opening. This was a complete waste of money and a total ripoff. Not to mention that the pricing was more than what he quoted me over the phone. I ended up paying $175 for 5 vents to be cleaned but really got nothing out of it.

Very impressed with their quick response and expertise.
