Benjamin is a great hvac professional. I have been calling him for years and he’s always punctual and provide great service. His team installed new system in February. There was a problem with attic furnace and he took care of it. Very happy with his service!

The owner Ben responded quickly to a service request on Yelp. He was able to come the next day (Sunday). He was courteous and very nice, took the time to answer questions. He was able to diagnose, and repair our ac unit in less than an hour. It is certainly a 5 star company. And with any 5 star service, you'll pay the price! But at the end of the day, he came out on a Sunday, during the hottest weekend of the year and quickly resolved my issue. I would certainly call them again.

We noticed our A/C vents blowing warm air at around 9pm. After some investigating and searching, we decided we needed professional help. Tech John from A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating arrived early in the am (which I was happy about) to check out my A/C unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked inside the house first, and I had to open the bedroom door and out came my dogs. I had put them in the bedroom so they would not be in John's way. It turned out John is some kind of a dog whisperer as both dogs were very taken with him. Really appreciated that John was ok with the dogs out of the bedroom.
Tech did a thorough job. I signed up for the Legacy membership plan to get twice yearly checks. It is not expensive and definitely worth knowing the condition of your unit. When the times arrives, I will get my new unit through A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating
