Stephen was so responsive, came over in a few hours, and was able to fix our stove, when we couldn't get the burner element loose. He replaced the igniter and it worked! He was quick, efficient, and did a great job, cleaning after himself. I would highly recommend!

Dryer was making a consistent squeaking noise. They had to replace a couple of wheels that turned the drum and the pulley.

Edit: So the thermal fuse broke again and they sent a technician out to fix it for free. Checked everything and gave me options for repairs. So now I have to decide, repair or buy new. So far the oven is working. Again - I recommend this company. A company that in this day and age still understands customer appreciation.

Steve was on time and started troubleshooting our refrigerator,’s no cold problem. He methodically tested and repaired each issue he found. Unfortunately each solved problem lead to another. Our refrigerator is now running and we are hopeful the repairs will allow the ailing compressor to stabilize, Steve was very honest about the situation that we may need to replace the compressor and if we do we will definitely contact Green Fuse again

Our dryer was not heating. I used Yelp to find a dryer repair company. Green Fuse responded immediately and came out the same day which was a Friday evening. The repairman was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job. We couldn’t be more satisfied with their work.

This is my second recommendation for Green Fuse. I noticed water leaking under my 2nd floor washing machine late in the day yesterday. I called Green Fuse right away as I don't need my second floor flooded right now. They returned the call immediately and were able to work in sending out someone today. The technician has just left. He went step by step doing a thorough check of my washing machine and found no leak or blockage. He left me with instructions to wash only a small load today to confirm that things are fine. The charge for the visit was more than reasonable and I have peace of mind.

Green Fuse Repair was great. Our washer stopped spinning and they responded to my request for repair immediately. They were very quick to schedule someone to come out and diagnose the problem for $50. Although we ended up needing a new washer, we appreciated their timely response and low diagnostic fee compared to others. Will definitely use them again.
