This AC. company is great! Nick was so responsive and came across him by dialing the wrong number. He cleaned the inside of my split that he said was never cleaned. I used Greenwood AC before and never again. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. Thank you Nick!!

From the moment he arrived (he put on booties on his shoes) which my wife was happy about and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my system, explaining everything in terms I could understand. What I appreciated most was his transparency—he laid out all my options, from a quick fix to a more thorough repair, and didn’t push me toward the most expensive solution.

The repair itself was done efficiently and with great care. He even took the time to clean up the area afterward, leaving it spotless. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC repair. Back in July one of my two A/C units quit working. Nick responded quickly, showed up on time and solved the problem at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately for me, my second A/C unit stopped working this morning in August, a Sunday. I sent Nick a message and he arranged to be be at my house with in 4 hours. Problem solved . Great to have a company to call who looks after their clients, especially when the forecast calls for 90 degrees !

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable and took a lot of time helping us install the app and add the sensors etc. I highly recommend him for all HVAC needs.

He immediately determined the cause & why it was occurring. He fully explained what & why it was happening. He explained it was running safety & explained my options. It was running safely! No expensive follow up. He then cleaned my filters & did a carbon monoxide check. No leaks, no high numbers - completely safe!! His timely service & quick results were appreciated. Alpine Heating and Cooling service was excellent. Nick responded to my service inquiry within minutes and was at my house within 2 hours to replace an uncoated corrugated gas connector for my wall heater and relit the pilot. He cleaned the entire furnace and inside the unit. He was quick, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend his service.

Over the last 40 years, I have lived from the west coast to the east coast along with several states in between. All of those locations had challenging weather issues. It was extremely important to have accessible, reliable HVAC service and repair. Last week, I noted a possible problem with my HVAC. I called Alpine Heating and Cooling. Nick was at my home within 1-1/2 hours and immediately determined the problem and how best to move forward regarding repairs. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was required while showing me the problematic parts. I really appreciate his attention to detail! I have an older HVAC, and Nick’s repairs and proactive recommendations, without doubt, extended the life of this unit. (Last HVAC guy used the wrong parts thus forcing the motor to work unnecessarily harder causing oil leaks!) Nick made all the corrections. My AC quit working in Labor Day. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone to help. I went on Thumbtack. Alpine was the first one I saw that had good reviews.. I chose them. Within an hour he called and gave me a time that he could be there 4-7 pm. He also stated that he would call back when he was 1/2 hr. away.
He called as he said. He was very professional. He explained everything to me in detail. He showed me what needed to be now and also let me know of things that I should consider in the future. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN!!

I can’t say enough good things about Nick at Alpine heating and cooling. He fixed my A/C and saved me a lot of money. My 30 year old AC condenser stopped working and I had another company look at it first. I was told that it was beyond repair, and it was time to get a new unit, and they quoted a price for a new one. I called Alpine to give me a quote for a new unit to compare prices. Nick arrived right on time and said that he would like to see if he could figure out what was wrong with it before pricing a new one for me. He was able to figure out that there was an electrical issue and that I didn’t need a new unit. He fixed it promptly and I was charged a very fair price for the work done. I appreciated how polite and respectful he was. Thank you Nick!

Nick did a great job explaining things, determining causes, and making recommendations. The refrigerant is not cheap and while I have no idea admittedly what the prices should be, I still 100% trusted Nick and feel he did a professional job. We will be using him again in the future, though hopefully not too soon!
