Steven was in my place within 25 minutes of my call. He was knowledgeable about the fridge issue I had and explained to me other important things to look out for the future. In less than 1 hour he finished and solved my problem. He was extremely politely, knowledgeable and friendly. Will use him again.

They had the lowest diagnosis estimate. Showed up within a couple of hours of my request, had to order the part and everything was installed and fixed in less than 24hrs.

Pros:Work is good, and do an excellent job with communication, scheduling and following up, arriving etc.
Cons: Was very pricey
Had them come out two times. First time i scheduled for my dad and it was $50, for a frozen duct/fan because left freezer open too long. Great service, quick easy and on time. I thought to myself I found a fair priced good service I’m going to recommend and use from her on out. Second call i made for my mom. Broken freezer drawer that keeps freezer open = $500. $250 for part $250 for labor( took ten minutes labor for new drawer install). My mom agreed to the $500 before she talked to me, so it is what it is. I should add they did knock off $25 after a follow up call from me asking why it would cost so much. In sum, great service and work, but felt like my mom got burned on the price. But in all fairness maybe that would have been the going rate for anybody for that job. I guess we'll find out next time something breaks.

Very responsive, honest, and prompt. Max tries to solve the issue at hand as opposed to just simply the easy maximum profit route. I'd recommend him for future services and repairs.
