Nick was excellent! We shopped around and compared prices and services from three other vendors. Nicks services and prices were still the best option for our situation. Nick was patient and never pressured us to go with Alpine Heating and Cooling. We took our time and then contacted Nick about a month later after we were ready to proceed with replacing our HVAC compressor. I went out throughout the day to talk with Nick during each step of replacing our compressor. He was very patient and explained all the readings and measurements his devices were providing to him. It was actually kind of fun to learn more about HVAC. Alpine Heating and Cooling provided us the best customer service and experience. Thank you Nick!

A year ago, I was going to replace our a/c unit, it was working fine but was 10 to12 years old and I didn't want it going out in the middle of a heat wave. One of the companies I called for a quote was Alpine Heating & Colling, the Tech came out and looked at the unit. After spending some time checking it out, he came in ask me why do I want to replace, I told him why, he suggested I leave it alone. He said it was in good condition and may last 5 more years. The tech was Nick, the owner, that sold me on Alpine. You don't find many people who are honest, Nick is one of the honest ones.

Nick was quick to respond and fixed our AC when we thought we needed a new one. He was knowledgeable and fair. We will definitely contact alpine air when we need to replace our unit.

Nikolai was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. He fixed our AC and installed an awesome Nest learning thermostat. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service!!

My A/C isn't cooling anymore, and Nick was able to come and fix it on the same day. He identified main issue right away and it was a bad compressor capacitor. He gave a quote first and was able to fix it right away. My A/C also had performance issues (not cold enough) and Nick performed few tests on it. Nick was very upfront and professional. I will schedule appointments again later this year to fully resolve it. Highly recommended!

Nick was prompt and more importantly very thorough and no hard sell on anything. He found a hole in our unit that previous technicians didnt tell us. He fixed it and no addl charge. We will only use Nick from now on. You should too.

Nick was amazing. So friendly. Educated me the whole way through. He did a Google Nest install and repaired my AC unit all within about 30/40 minutes. I learned so much when typically other people won’t tell you what they’re doing they just do it and say nothing. Nick showed me a lot of other helpful tips and tricks that was very helpful for me and so kind to offer his wealth of knowledge. He showed me the issue, showed me how it works and how to install it. He did the installation but still showed me what he was doing. Was awesome to see for someone who is not so handy. He is very responsive via text and setting up an appointment was quick and he came within a day. I can’t say enough about how professional, kind and humanistic his approach was. Nick did a great job. He not only repaired and revitalized our ac splits unit but did it on the same day when our ac was out and in the 90•s .

Nothing but great experiences with Alpine. They are prompt, honest and very pleasant to deal with. Nick is just great and fully explains everything he’s doing. Reasonable cost as well. Replaced my condenser and they have done maintenance as well. Great service.

So glad I found Nick from Alpine. He was friendly, professional, courteous, on time, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had an issue with my heat pump system and Nick spent quality time checking the whole system over, inside and outside, until he was able to find the culprit of the problem and head off a potentially dangerous and costly situation: a mouse had chewed thru 3 wires and fried himself and the wires on the outside unit. Nick had all the new components available that were needed to fix the issue so that I wouldn't need to schedule a second appointment. He also changed out my filters for free! When he handed me the bill, I was elated! His pricing was extremely reasonable for all the work he did and time spent. Nick is very trustworthy. He was not trying to add on any extra costs or price gouging. I would definitely recommend his services and will be using him for maintenance and upkeep on my HVAC system.

We are SO grateful that we found Alpine Heating and Cooling when our HVAC suddenly died a few weeks ago. We found ourselves in need of a new system, but no personal knowledge or experience in what we would need! It was stressful and daunting to find an HVAC company with summer fast approaching - and no idea which way to turn! This was a big decision for us, and we can 100% happily recommend Alpine to anyone in need.

From the moment we met Nick when he came to assess our situation that first day we were impressed. He took his time to explain to us in detail what the issue was with the old system and what our options would be to replace. He was patient with our endless questions and answered them all. He said he would send us estimates for the systems we discussed, and he did so as promised.

We still had more questions, and Nick was not only happy to answer them he went out of his way to research more options that a friend suggested and went to great length to explain the pros and cons. After we made our choice, the process was very streamlined and simple. We paid our deposit, and Nick was very accommodating to get us scheduled the next week. He was so great about responding and always texted when he was on his way and very punctual as well.

Nick and one of his technician's Sam did a great job with our install which proved to be a longer job than anticipated due to our old HVAC leak leaving lots of Freon in the lines. Nick took the time needed to make sure everything was done correctly and no corners cut. Even down to the end after installing our Nest thermostat he spent extra time making sure that we had the APP downloaded and working.

If you need an HVAC system, we highly recommend that you talk to Nick at Alpine Heating and Cooling. We got a couple other bids, but they could not compare to the professionalism, expertise, and value that Nick provided!

The most amazing customer service I've seen in years. They were on time, explained everything they were doing. My new thermostat was defective. They offered to come back when I receive the replacement thermostat. They followed up to see if I received new one. When I confirmed that I did. They were there within 20 minutes to install. Gave me tips on how to keep my AC unit running smooth. Absolute pleasure doing business with them

Nick was prompt in giving me a quote and scheduling the install of my two smart thermostats. I really appreciated him going over everything with me and explaining how they worked and then checking out the system to make sure everything was running properly. He was able to provide an extra perk for me since I had two installed, an extension on my warranty. Great service, will definitely use him again and refer Alpine to others! I hired ALPINE Heating and Cooling to install a heat pump system, consisting of a new furnace and air conditioner. All I can say is WOW! Just WOW! Their customer service is second to none and their expertise blew me away. They were in contact with me in the evening before the project started to help me get approved for an $8,000 rebate before it expired. They kept me informed of what they were doing and accommodated my schedule. I could immediately tell that they took pride in their work, were perfectionists, and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. They had an eye for esthetics and painted the drab stand that the furnace was on without me asking and did not charge me. They installed the thermostat I had and took care of a small water heater vent issue at no charge. The system is working perfectly. I will absolutely use ALPINE Heating and Cooling for any HVAC issues in the future. No need to look for anyone else.

There was a strange noise coming from the unit that we couldn’t figure out. When the technician arrived, he carefully checked each component and found the exact cause. After fixing it, he tested the system multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly.
